At B24FIT Fitness & Nutrition we offer a non judgmental environment for families to learn & train together. We want exercise to be a positive experience for you all. How you feel is very important to us. Barney is a Personal Trainer, Kettlebell, Metafit, Purestretch & Boxercise (Adults & Children) Instructor. He has also been a Herbalife Nutrition member for many years. He specializes in weight loss. Classes are run from our studio address B24FIT Fitness & Nutrition (Studio Address) & we also run a Bootcamp in Sevenoaks on Saturday mornings.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant class with a very knowledgeable instructor. Great for fitness and enjoyable! Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking to stay on top of their fitness in a fun, friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending barney's classes and using herbalife for over a year now, the classes are tough (if you want them to be), but a lot of fun and we always have a laugh! Barney's encouragement is fantastic. I've become so much fitter since and always look forward to a Thursday evening and seeing results. I have lost 2 dress sizes so far, still more to go! Barney never pushed his nutrition products. After a few weeks I asked him about them. Herbalife Nutrition has now changed my life for the better, my eating habits have improved and I feel amazing with so much more energy!
