4 years ago Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a fun, inclusive place to get great results this is it. I despised exercise before I joined and now attend as much as I possibly can. I have met some amazing people who have supported me throughout a pretty radical weightloss and fitness transformation which has (bizarrely) never felt like a chore. A genius blend of hard work without it feeling so!

5 years ago Fantastic experience: Starting OFA training and then moving to Kick Boxing training has been great. I will be mixing the two. The trainers are great and it a wonderful atmosphere and setting to work out in. Thumbs up from me 100%.
