Based on target weight loss set by you. I provide a bespoke training and mindful eating plan to reach your target weight and shape. With ongoing support and motivation, this will be a plan you stick to!

Courses payable in advance. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash. All courses include initial consultation which takes up to 55 mins, does not include any training. Sessions are for 55 minutes in duration. Rates are based on training at my private gym in Horley.

Yes. Prior to starting work with any client, I carry out a detailed (FREE) assessment. This includes discussing your current health/fitness, diet/nutrition, goals and timescales etc. Assessments typically take 45 minutes.
I undertsand that weighing can be uncomfortable for some clients, so it's entirely up to you. However, it is a great motivator and key measure of progress, if weight loss is your goal.
Yes. I design training plans usually working to a 6-12 week schedule with goals and targets set along the way to keep you motivated and focused. When we complete the plan, we'll assess how it's gone and repeat as required to reach your final goal/s.
Sure, you can pay per session if you wish or I do a course of 6 sessions, to save you money, when paid in advance. Package fees are payable on or before the first session.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Richard as a personal trainer and his gym has everything you need to exercise. He listens to my goals and tailors the exercises for me. He takes time to understand what I am capable of and sets exercises that I can cope with but also challenge myself. He gives detailed explanation on exercises, diet and the body and in the 6 sessions I have had so far I have learnt a lot from him. Fantastic experience: I started training with Richard a few years ago and I can honestly say it was the best decision I've made - I had never enjoyed exercising but knew I needed to and at the time I wanted to get stronger. This isn’t someone who has taken a couple of classes and setup shop. He spends time to understand your capabilities and works with you to figure out what is going to work for you. He adjusts exercises to make them a challenge but achievable. He spends the time to coach you on recovery and how your body is working. He packs a lot in an hours session where you are exercising multiple muscle groups at the same time. Fantastic experience: Richard is a great Personal Trainer with a very thoughtful approach to achieving fitness goals. He is extremely knowledgeable not just on physiology and the mechanics of exercise but also has a deep appreciation of the importance of recovery, nutrition and mindset. Personally, Richard is a lovely bloke who will push you to achieve your goals without putting you at any risk of injury (form is king in this gym!) Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Richard for over 3 years, after finding him online. My own personal transformation has been profound, which has been down to Richard’s tailored approach. Most PTs tend to focus on a general plan centred around HIIT and intensity, Richard listens to you and unlocks potential over a sustainable period. He’s wonderfully flexible meaning I can train around work, home life with very early mornings or late evenings. And far cheaper than most, meaning great value for money. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Richard for several years and his attention to detail, week after week is unrivalled. The exercise is varied, often tough but is always clearly explained as to it's long-term benefits. He often adds an element of friendly competition to some facets of the work out, something I personally respond to! His knowledge of how the body deals with exercise combined with his sensivity to any niggles or strains always fills me with immense confidence. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
