Fantastic experience: OMFG this place is phenomenal. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, even to an absolute novice who's very unfit (and slightly chubby) Cannot recommend this place enough for a friendly place to meet people, exercise and gain skills.

Fantastic experience: A fabulous place to go for a workout and social. Great staff, great facilities and very friendly. People of all ages and abilities come here for group classes and private lessons. Everything you need from bouncy boots to a relaxing massage. Highly recommended
