Fantastic experience: Prapti, I actually look forward to doing your workouts. As a trainer, you are so engaging. Lots of trainers do it solo as you do, but there's something different about you. It's how you relay the workouts and keep your audience engaged. There is never a dull moment, and before you know it, time is up. I really enjoy your workouts and look forward to doing them, even if it's just for half an hour. Thank you for what you do

Fantastic experience: Prapti is encouraging in every way, she pulls you up when you can't be bothered! The workouts are absolutely brilliant, but do the extras, and it will add to the result you aim for!

Fantastic experience: I have done Prapti's classes for over 4 years now. I took breaks when I felt I could go on my own however, when I started they helped me get in the habit of working out, and then on, whenever I am looking for some spice and a committed community, I use her blocks to workout! Fantastic experience: Prapti is the force you need to wake you up from your slumber. She has a great way about her which helps to motivate, stay positive and take a pledge to stay fit and eat healthily. Her plans are simple and logical, she understands the ups and downs of fitness journey and goes the extra mile to take you to the end goal. I fully recommend her.
