Fantastic experience: I’ve only recently started going to Bounce but I LOVE IT!! A great workout that leaves you feeling buzzing. The music is loud (just how I like it), the instructor is so welcoming and supportive. It’s also child friendly which is perfect for me right now. So pleased I found this gem of a class.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous classes with fantastic instructors. Sammy and Rachel are both super welcoming and great at motivating you throughout your workout. Would highly recommend!

Without Even Feeling Too Much Like A Workout More Like A Mini Party With Friends Look Forward To My Bounce Sessions In The Week.

Fantastic experience: I love bounce! I found it really hard to find exercise that worked for me until I found bounce! It’s fun, they play great music and there are strobe lights! It’s a really supportive group and the instructors make you feel really welcome. Never thought I could really enjoy exercise but now I look forward to every class! Would recommend it to everyone, even if you have never got into exercise before xxx
