Fantastic experience: Kathryn is a brilliant, just brilliant, physical trainer. She has been amazingly helpful to both my adult sons and to me with her broad, holistic knowledge and her patience - not to mention her immense charm and kindness. Stede Court itself is a haven of beauty, tranquillity and peace. Kathryn’s unique exercise area, pond and sauna are also great. She makes fitness fun! She is a thoughtful and generous host, creating gut-healthy and delicious meals … and wine if you want it!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great time at Stede Court! Kathryn is amazing and her encouraging support and guidance was so positive! The location is stunning with outside exercise area, natural swimming pond and, an absolute delight of a sauna. The food was delicious with wine too if we wanted it! Can't wait to go back again!

Kathryn is an amazing PT, very knowledgeable and I love how she uses nature and her environment, rather than gyms and equipment. The house & gardens are so beautiful & peaceful, with outdoor areas for exercise and relaxing, a fabulous sauna and then dive in to the refreshing pond! Great gut-healthy meals and wine if you want it! And superb company always.

Fantastic experience: Staying at Stede Court is always fabulous. You are in sublime surroundings, with great facilities, carefully chosen, gut-friendly meals (you can even drink wine!) and you get a proper work out or yoga session too. Best of all, the company makes you think you’re hanging out with friends.
