Fantastic experience: No better team than FBC!!! Endless support and encouragement, classes everyday at various times and something for everyone from high intensity, conditioning and old school bootcamp.

Fantastic experience: Great feel good classes. No matter what your level of fitness you can always be a part of the group. I thoroughly enjoy the challenges and the complete mix of classes. Never quite knowing what to expect. Have been attending for a good few year now and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to get fit, stat fit, loose weight, maintain weight and have fun.
