Fantastic experience: My new favourite place to start the day! I’ve been going most mornings at 6am and absolutely love it. The variety of classes, especially Camp and Yoga, keeps me motivated and energised. The trainers—Mel, Becky, and Chloe—are incredible! They’re not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also genuinely lovely people who create such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Every session feels personal, and they always encourage you to push yourself while making sure you’re comfortable and confident. I couldn’t recommend the classes more—it’s truly become a highlight of my routine! Thank you

Fantastic experience: It’s been two months since I started the classes at XINX. They’re very well-structured, and each class is different, keeping things fun and interesting. The instructors are amazing at breaking down techniques and explaining how to do everything. I’m learning so much and really enjoying each session. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I started out at XINX back in October 2023. I’d never done any training like the XINX classes before so I was a bit nervous about what to expect. I have to admit that walking through that door for the 1st time was the best decision I’d made for a long time. I started on a 7 day trial which gave me the opportunity to try things out but I knew I’d join permanently after the first session. All the instructors and other members are so welcoming and encouraging. There are lots of new movements to learn etc but everything is demonstrated and explained (even adapted if needed) so you can make it work for you. I love that every session is different, the team spirit and schedule of classes. I was talking about it so much that even my wife wanted to see what it was about and she has since joined too as she loves it. My physical fitness levels and mental health have improved massively since joining and I’m hooked for the foreseeable. XINX is a hidden gem and would 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: Having been a full member of both Nix and Xinx gym for the past year, I have found the staff and environment to be incredibly friendly, supportive and encouraging, which is imperative when starting a fitness journey! There is no intimidation or judgement when you walk through their doors, just a big smile and friendly face to welcome you each day! Something that is sometimes lacking in other mainstream/functional fitness/affiliated CrossFit gyms!! Whether you partaking in a functional fitness class or using their well equipped open gym, there’s always someone experienced and knowledgeable to assist you with anything you need, as well as a good motivational shout to get that extra rep in!

Fantastic experience: Have been taking XINX classes for about 6 months now and can't rate them highly enough. Great variety of class types and all the regular instructors we have (Sam, Sophie, Ben, Becky, Josh, Nick) are incredibly knowledgeable and all awesome. Our kids also take part in the XINX Academy and absolutely love it. Their fitness and confidence has grown massively since we've been members.

Fantastic experience: Part of the NIX gym this is where all the classes happen and it’s such a good way to exercise. Whether you are looking to train and improve your techniques or sweat and burn calories with a camp. XNIX provides a great service and with really friendly trainers that know there stuff.

Fantastic experience: I use both NIX and XINX, both awesome facilities with great equipment and super friendly staff. The gym is spacious and well organised and the XINX classes follow a good structure that enables you to improve week on week. Lots of classes to choose from and the coaches are awesome!

Fantastic experience: I'm a beginner at these classes. A great variety of people attending the classes. Some other beginners through to some very fit people. The instructors are friendly and very helpful, explaining exercises and adapting to suit the audience.

Recently come back after having a baby and and building up my fitness again. The pay as you go membership offers great flexibility.

Fantastic experience: I have struggled with gyms for many years due to meat heads who sneer at you, machine hoggers who treat kit with a towel like some sunbathers on holidays, and staff who think that posing and chatting to the beautiful is the only way to do their job. Nix and Xinx are the polar opposites of this. I am a shy, middle aged man who just wanted to ‘change’. From the moment i plucked up courage to go in 9 months ago I have felt like part of a family. The staff are amazing and make me feel welcome by name. You can never ask too much of them as they all want you to meet your personal goals. I’ve hooked up with a PT to have a defined plan of approach for what I want to achieve, not what they think I should look like or achieve, this is a lovely secure feeling. The equipment is first class and beautifully maintained. The members are really funny and encouraging (regardless of ability), and now (after working on my fitness and confidence) I have joined Xinx for a circuit training class on the weekends. I don’t know the moves, I don’t know anyone that goes, so my anxiety is high, but every week I grit my teeth and go. I come out a hour later with a smile and a sense of joy at having completed the class without having been made to feel foolish and I always make new ‘friends’. This is the greatest place I’ve found for help, encouragement, fun and a sense of belonging. Thanks to everyone there for making me feel special.

Fantastic experience: As a older person going to a gym was very scary but everyone made me feel welcome and helped me so much. Starting doing the classes has really given me more confidence all the trainers and clients are really friendly and make you very welcome not matter your ability or age can’t recommend them enough

Fantastic experience: A really great facility, something for everyone from beginner to advanced. The best part for me is the supportive nature of everybody at Nix and XinX. It’s really inclusive and the people are approachable, friendly and welcoming. This for me is vital and I can’t recommend Nix/XinX enough! Give it a try!
