Fantastic experience: I found Jen after carefully looking for someone to help build up my strength during my pregnancy, as I’d suffered with back and shoulder issues previously and I wanted to make sure I was exercising safely. Jen has been fantastic, working with me 121 throughout my second and third trimester and into my early postnatal period. She’s always listened and carefully observed how I’ve been coping with any of the exercises, responding appropriately. It’s also provided some ‘me-time’ during the whole journey which has been very welcome (and hard to come by after baby arrived!). It’s been a very worthwhile investment for my body, as although I needed an unplanned C-section, I feel that my recovery has been very good, and I’ve been able to cope with the physical demands of having a baby much more quicker than I had anticipated. I really do put this down to the sessions I had with Jen during my pregnancy. I’m looking forward to her group classes, which I’ll be attending very soon. Thanks for all your help so far Jen!

Fantastic experience: Working with Jennifer was the first time I had seen a PT and the experience couldn't have been more positive. From before our first session Jennifer really took the time to understand my goals as well as my previous experience and my postnatal recovery. I have seen Jennifer for the past 10 months and have always felt in very safe hands and really enjoyed the sessions. She knows exactly how to pitch each session and adapts and responds the exercises whenever needed, both during the session and when planning the programme. This is particularly important as I have hypermobility and exercise often causes me pain, but with Jennifer I haven't had any issues with pain at all. I have gained so much strength, which was my main goal and my postnatal recovery has been so much better this time as a result of the sessions. If I wasn't moving away from the area I would definitely continue our sessions and couldn't recommend Jennifer more highly!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Jen Milestone Fitness. I was looking to get back into some sort of fitness routine after having my baby but felt I had lost confidence and needed some guidance on what was best for my body. Jen provided just that! Each session had a different focus and guided me through exercises that I could step up or down depending on how my body felt. Jen is patient and the sessions are relaxed. If I needed to feed/change/comfort my baby I was able to and join back in to the session when I could. There was no pressure at all. It was also great to meet other like-minded Mums!

Fantastic experience: Jen made myself and my little one very welcome in her classes. Her hands on and adaptable approach for the group and as individuals, meant that I quickly built my confidence in exercise over the 12 post partum sessions. Fantastic experience: This was a perfect post-partum class! Jennifer is incredibly lovely and is excellent at tailoring moves to suit different people’s post partum conditions, to ensure maximum wellbeing and safety. It is perfect to be able to bring baby to the class too. Jennifer tailors each class to have a different set of exercises each lesson, which keeps it interesting and introduced me to a lot of new moves I liked and the use of bands in workouts. Jennifer’s passion for movement & explaining the importance of strength training / squatting and the like, is infectious and has renewed my love of exercising! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I've always been very sporty...playing rugby prior to becoming pregnant. Jen's class was perfect for a controlled, gentle return to exercise particularly after an emergency C-section. Would highly recommend, especially as it is so laid back in terms of baby coming along to. Jen is wonderful, friendly and very welcoming. I am sad our time is over but will definitely be back for pregnancy number 2. Thank you Jen.

Fantastic experience: I attended the prenatal fitness classes run by Jen in my third trimester and thoroughly enjoyed them. Each week I came away feeling energised and like I’d had a good (pregnant) workout - I wish I’d known about the classes and attended earlier in my pregnancy too! Jen tailored the workout to all levels within the room - so there was something for everyone. The classes were a full body workout and varied each week so didn’t become repetitive. Jen had good knowledge of the pregnant body and supported us with pelvic floor and core strength appropriately. Jen also created a lovely relaxed vibe within the class too, which made it a pleasure to attend. Thanks so much Jen!! Fantastic experience: It’s hard to write about my journey with Jen without feeling emotional. I had my second baby in May 2023 and had suffered from severe SPD during the pregnancy. My body was incredibly weak and I was 3 stone overweight. I have been having weekly 1-1 PT sessions for 7 months now and in that time she has given me the guidance, tools and determination to have a stronger, more healthy body which is able to handle the physical strains of handling both a baby and toddler. I won’t lie, I feel smug at baby classes when I can get up and down quicker than everyone else, and I know that it’s all thanks to my time with Jennifer. The initial sessions were incredibly gentle using only my body weight and we progressed at an appropriate rate for my ability and postpartum healing. Despite rarely aching after classes but I am now easily deadlifting 10K’s and pushing 5K’s per arm. I’ve also had 3 people tell me in the last week how trim I am looking which always feels good! I genuinely LOVE my weekly sessions, it is the one hour of the week just for me and I couldn’t be without it. She and I still have lots of work to continue with my recovery but I know that I am in a safe pair of hands and we will get there!

Fantastic experience: After my 20 week scan, I was looking for an exercise class tailored specifically to pregnant women. I found Jen and am so happy I did. I started classes with her when I was 22 weeks and the progress I made in my strength was clear, as well as keeping aches and pains at bay. Jen adapted all exercises to suit different stages of pregnancy/pregnancy concerns and has helped me to feel far more prepared for labour. Fantastic experience: Jennifer’s class is fantastic. It is perfect for new mums to feel good about themselves and get their confidence back. Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed the classes throughout my pregnancy. Even if I’ve felt a little demotivated going into the class, I’ve left the class feeling happy and energised. Fantastic experience: As someone who had completely avoided exercise, and who really hated the idea of 'going to the gym' at all, when I turned 65 I was persuaded that I really should try and improve my core. strength and balance, mainly to try and and extend my number of healthy years. So, I reluctantly sought out a Personal Trainer. I did a lot of research, and found Jen at Milestone Fitness. It was a revelation! Jen really knows how to motivate and encourage even someone who is resistant and reluctant like me, and her approach to training is inspiring and truly motivational. Her prices represent great value for the quality of service, and all of the administration and organisation is made completely straightforward and easy by her own efficiency. After four months of weekly sessions I can honesty say that I haven't felt this strong and fit in decades, and I even find myself looking forward to the exercise - something that I never thought I would ever say! I wholeheartedly recommend Jen to anyone and everyone needing an excellent personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: I started classes quite early in my pregnancy and carried on through for as long as possible as they were fantastic. Jen’s classes are the right balance of challenging and safe. Fantastic experience: I started Jen’s prenatal class early on in my second trimester and stayed throughout my pregnancy. I’ve loved training with her each week and meeting other women along the way, encouraging each other to keep exercising. She makes the classes really fun, safe, relaxed and varied - taking everything at your own pace. It’s been so good for me and really helped in preparing for birth. Fantastic experience: Training with Jennifer has been such fun! Under her guidance, I have gained knowledge on safe & effective weight training. I’m very happy with the improvements I have made with my blood pressure, posture and muscle tone. After having two c-sections and a further stomach operation I felt my stomach muscles were non existent. I couldn’t stand correctly or engage my core. But after an eight week program I am impressed with how quick the results have been. Thank you Jennifer and keep being fabulous!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Jen’s prenatal strength classes since my first trimester and it has become one of the highlights of my week. Jen plans the sessions carefully each week to give both variety and challenge and ensures it is suitable for all the different stages of pregnancy and fitness level. She uses her experience and expertise to guide everyone through the activities and the benefits. No matter how I’m feeling before the class, I’m always in such a good mood and positive frame of mind afterwards. As well as working through exercises to build strength for pregnancy, birth and beyond, the class has the amazing benefit of being around other strong, inspiring pregnant women. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Jennifer's postnatal class highly enough. I have had 2 caesarean sections so was bit tentative about returning to exercise postpartum but Jennifer is really wonderful and encourages you to take the class at your our pace. She provides different versions of exercises depending on far along you are on your postnatal journey. It provides me with an opportunity to get out of the house and do something for myself and my baby also enjoys coming and watching the other ladies and babies in the class!

Fantastic experience: Jen has really helped me rebuild my core strength following the birth of my second baby. I had quite bad ab separation and Jen has really supported me in bringing these muscles back together so I feel myself again. The classes are uplifting and judgement-free - I always feel so comfortable bringing my baby along, whether he plays ball or not on the day! Fantastic experience: Jen was a godsend after my second pregnancy, helping me bounce back into shape relatively quickly. Having previously loathed any form of physical training whatsoever, Jen put together programmes that I enjoyed doing, whilst gradually challenging me. She actively seeks feedback to incorporate into the programmes, making her flexibility and methodical approach her greatest assets. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I came across Milestone Fitness just under a year after giving birth to my second child. I was looking for some postnatal exercises and training support to help me feel stronger in my body and improve my posture. I’d tried looking for exercises online but found the options overwhelming; I also struggled to motivate myself on my own. Jen came along at just the right time! She totally understood what I wanted to achieve and put together programmes that I actually enjoyed doing. She’s also so understanding when nap time doesn’t go to plan and it becomes a bit of a juggling act! I’ve felt so much stronger in my body since working with Jen and love our sessions together.
