Join Us for Fun Hula Hooping and Dance Fitness Classes! Come and join our brilliant hula hooping classes—available both in-person every Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 6:45 PM at Langtree Parish Hall (booking required) and online at the same time and day too! Alternatively, you can kick off your week with our fabulous online dance fitness class on Monday mornings from 9:15 to 10:00 AM. Our sessions are all about having a great time, meeting new people, and boosting your physical and mental health. We can't wait to see you here, there and everywhere!

Fantastic experience: Amazing page, amazing Dance Teacher, amazing investment in yourself!! We always have so much fun and just have a laugh at ourselves, whilst stay active. Love the lives every Monday and the included bonus of the replay for the rest of the week to enjoy at my own pace!! Rachael’s awesome aswell xx
