Body Balance Clinic / Balance Gym

Fantastic experience: I just love this gym. I have built confidence using the gym but didn't have confidence in doing gym classes. Yesterday Kim caught me as I arrived for my normal hour gym session and asked if I'd like to try a class, I was hesitant but really shouldn't have been as it was fantastic and made me realise I'm stronger and more able than I gave myself credit for. That sort of encouragement and support is EVERYTHING! And has changed my approach going forwards which il be forever thankful for.

Fantastic experience: Had a great massage following an MTB/marathon events. Felt so much better after Kim had worked on all those knots in my back. Will book again.

Fantastic experience: Has everything you need to stay healthy, fit and well. Variety of classes and therapy. Great advice to enable you to meet you goals. Gym has just opened, membership a must. Get your training plan and live healthy.
