Fantastic experience: As a manual therapist and someone keen on weightlifting, I began to notice I wasn't as flexible as I used to be. After a local search I found Paul, who is a biomechanics coach. Paul performed a comprehensive assessment on me, comprising many tests that highlighted the areas where I lacked flexibility and range of motion. I definitely had work to do. Paul clearly demonstrated the exercises I need to do to get me back on track. The exercises he prescribed only took a few minutes to complete, 2-3 times over the day. After two weeks I met with Paul again for a short progress check. In that time, I already have a big improvement in the areas where I had poor range of motion; I'm so chuffed. These early results are encouraging; I'm excited to get my body back in top condition. I'd highly recommend booking a biomechanics assessment at Paul Colins Fitness.

Fantastic experience: My now husband and I started with Paul back in 2019, to lose weight and get fit for our wedding. We saw great progress in the first 6 months and then covid hit and our wedding got postponed, along with never ending lock downs and a lot of stress. I very quickly noticed that keeping fit was more about my mental health rather than loosing “weight”. Since then we train with Paul twice a week and it’s become part of our lives. We couldn’t imagine not having that time and those workouts in our routines now. Paul has been amazing at tailoring workouts to any ailments and personal circumstances and focuses on the areas we need support with. I honestly never thought I would be someone that has fitness and the gym in my life, but Paul’s commitment and personal approach has made all the difference and changed it for the better.

Fantastic experience: I have attended a few of Paul’s fitness classes and as a newbie I have been welcomed by Paul and his wife Tina. Thoroughly enjoyable and totally recommend. Hard work but if you don’t put it in then you don’t get the results. The rest of the team are also welcoming and encouraging. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: 5 star says it all - I would highly recommend Paul Collin Fitness Training. He is very knowledge and all of his sessions are well tailored, interesting, enjoyable yet physically challenging enough to suit all age and abilities....

Fantastic experience: After training with Paul for the last 12 months and counting, I would highly recommend him to anyone. Our PT sessions are always varied, he accounts for different abilities, injuries and is happy to adapt anything even if just for an off day! He carefully watches form when exercising to avoid injury and also helps with additional exercises you can do at home to better your range of motion, form and also recovery too. Paul ensures that you push yourself as far as you are willing and able and ensures workouts are achievable but tough enough to feel like you’ve worked hard when you leave. Thoroughly enjoy every session. Paul & Tina also run group sessions but haven’t made it to one yet due to work commitments but they sound like great fun and a lovely group. They also run challenges across the PT and group clients occasionally which is a nice touch! Great all rounder, haven’t had PT like it before and very much look forward to continuing. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Paul and Tina are great, and provide both enjoyable classes and excellent, effective personal training. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming regardless of your fitness level. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I joined this group 12 months ago and have really enjoyed the sessions. It's a mixed ability group - and whatever your level of ability and fitness, Paul provides a wide variety of different exercises to improve your fitness and keep everyone engaged and motivated. Paul also provides more tailored support such as 1:1 training, guidance on recovering from injury, and programmes to support wellbeing. Very varied sessions which are always challenging and fun in a supportive environment - this really helped to keep my motivation levels high and increase my physical resilience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Started with group sessions back in 2018. The group was fairly small and very welcoming. Enjoyed being outdoors and not sharing a gym with the 'gym bunnies'. As suited my schedule better, moved to PT almost 2 years ago - still outside. Obviously, personally geared to me and Paul always takes account of both physical and mental health issues. No session is ever the same, with Paul always coming up with new ideas to keep thing interesting. Would highly recommend if you want to keep healthy fit and mobile

Fantastic experience: If you want to improve your fitness, mental health, lose weight or tone up .Paul can help you whether it's in a group environment or as an individual PT client , no 2 workouts are the same he devises workouts that are fun but challenging to get you to work at your pace . He will always change things if you are feeling a little low or not quite in the zone . .
