Fantastic experience: I’ve been strength training with Bonnie for about 4 years now, and with her support I have gone from terrified newcomer to confident gymgoer in that time. She is a fantastic PT who really listens to you and motivates you - I've progressed so far beyond what I could have imagined thanks to Bonnie's guidance, programs and unrelenting support! I’ve always struggled to incorporate cardio into my gym routine because I had never really found anything that I enjoyed very much. That has completely changed since I started going to the Ascend Conditioning class and Beginners Boxing at Peak to Peak. I absolutely love both! Bonnie, who runs Ascend, and the other class members are so friendly and fun. Even when the workout is tough, the energy in the room makes it enjoyable. The workouts change every week and there are always different options available, so you can adjust the weights and intensity to suit your own level while still being challenged. At boxing, Michael and the group are so welcoming, even for complete beginners like me who don’t always know their left from their right! We learn punching technique, combos, and pad work, as well as doing conditioning exercises. It’s such a fun class, and it also feels like a brilliant workout. The Peak to Peak gym itself is a lovely environment—lots of great equipment, excellent music, and a fun, supportive atmosphere. I’ve honestly never been this consistent with cardio before, and I can already feel my fitness improving. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Bonnie for personal training for a few years now, but in the past few months I’ve recently joined her ascend class on a Monday night to improve my cardiovascular endurance. I never thought I’d be one for the commitment of a weekly gym class - but I genuinely look forward to Monday nights at P2P now. The class workout differs from week to week so you’re never getting bored of the same routine, and the progress in my endurance and the amount of effort I am able to put into the class has increased week on week. You’ll never find a better group of people to train with and the tunes are always 10/10 too.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a way to ease back into fitness and found Base at Peak to Peak Gym—it’s exactly what I needed. I didn’t want anything too high-impact or full of jumping about, and these classes struck the perfect balance. The small group setting makes it feel welcoming rather than intimidating, and there’s always a great playlist to keep the energy up. What really makes the difference, though, is Bonnie. She takes time to explain everything clearly, adapts exercises when needed, and has a way of making everyone feel comfortable, no matter their starting point. You can tell she’s put a lot of care into creating a space that feels both supportive and motivating. For anyone wanting to get back into fitness (or start fresh) without pressure, I couldn’t recommend this more highly.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Michael since the studio opened. His passion and guidance have not only helped me achieve my fitness goals, but also guided me through getting my strength back after a serious ankle injury. The gym is well equipped and in such a convenient location. Also have to shoutout Bonnie’s playlists which definitely help get me through early morning PT with a smile on my face.

Fantastic experience: I love going to Peak to Peak studio every week. Ive been doing my 1-2-1's with Bonnie for around 8 months now. I was so nervous at the beginning, not knowing what to do and afraid to even set foot inside a gym. Bonnie has been so amazing at making this a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Michael for a while now- approximately 2 years and I’ve really started to notice the difference — especially during my shifts. I feel stronger, have more energy, and my recovery has improved a lot. He’s been great at adjusting the program to fit my goals, and my schedule as a NHS worker especially with weight training, and explains everything clearly. Very professional, supportive, and knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I previously didn't feel motivated to go to the gym but Peak to Peak has given me a community that I'm proud to be part of. Going to boxing and hyrox style classes is genuinely a highlight of my week. Michael and Bonnie have brilliant styles and know how to bring out the best in me, I fully recommend to anyone looking to get fitter who might be feeling a bit more self-conscious or struggling to find the motivation. Michael and Bonnie's classes are fun and I feel so much fitter and have had lots of fun along the way.

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly, welcoming gym! I've been going to Peak to Peak since it opened and been training with Michael for years before then. It's such a relaxed atmosphere for training and then a great space for more energetic classes. I've been going to Michael's intermediate boxing class for a few years and it's the best stress reliever and workout you could get! Lovely people and all round good vibes!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Peak to Peak since it has opened. Originally going to boxing classes and Hyrox style cardio classes with a close knit community. Since Peak to Peak have revamped their membership, it has opened up new classes to me which has allowed me to have more flexibility and variability to how I work out each week. I quit my gym membership this year as Peak to Peak has everything I need, even open gym slots. I’ve learned an incredible amount from attending their boxing classes for years now and with the different intensity of cardio classes, I don’t think I’ve ever been fitter. I go to Peak to Peak not just because of the above, but also the friendly, easy going atmosphere they have created, the attention to detail they give their clients and the amazing community they have grown.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Bonnie for almost 2 years and she has brought on my confidence massively, is always super positive and it feels like you’re training with a friend, not just a coach, couldn’t recommend more! The studio is also great - always clean and tidy with great vibes that help you through your workout :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a PT client with Michael at Peak to Peak fitness for just over a year after being recommended by a friend. I was reassured at my initial consultation with Michael as it was THOROUGH and in my first session it was so clear he had really listened to me about my goals. His training is truly personalised and he is as invested in my progress as I am (if not more)! Helping people reach their fitness potential is clearly Michael’s passion as he comes to every session with excitement and positivity. I particularly appreciate how he adapts his teaching to make sure I have fully understood the movement. I always feel better after a session

Fantastic experience: Working with Bonnie and Peak to Peak for a year and a half has been amazing. I wanted a trainer who would improve my form, teach me new things and help me repair my relationship with movement. Bonnie listened to all my concerns and developed a programme that was fun, challenging and adaptable, so much so that I was even able to continuing training when I became pregnant right up until the last few weeks and felt safe and supported throughout. The gym is bright, clean and welcoming and Bonnie has great chat so the hours just flew by.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training 1-1 with Bonnie for 5/6 years now and I couldn’t recommended her highly enough. I was a very nervous beginner when we started and wouldn’t have believed that I would become someone who feels confident being in a gym but I love weight training now and I look forward to our sessions every week. Bonnie is very experienced, patient and encouraging. She’s coached me through injuries, helped me improve my relationship with food and to feel more confident both in and out of the gym. She’s an absolute ray of sunshine and if you have the opportunity to work with her, go for it! I also started going to Ascend classes in January this year which has been a really fun addition to my training. The studio is well equipped, really friendly environment and there are classes to suit all levels. Bonnie & Michael are both amazing trainers and I’d encourage anyone who’s interested to come along.

Fantastic experience: A welcoming environment from the get go. I wanted somewhere that focused on building my confidence and strength, not just shifting a number on a scale. Bonnie took the time and care to really listen to my goals and my personal struggles with consistency and years of yoyo dieting and has pushed me with excellent coaching, without making me feel shame or guilt. Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Bonnie for over a year and half and I can whole heartedly say it was the best decision I’ve made. Bonnie is a brilliant coach who cares deeply about her clients. She is full of knowledge, experience and encouragement and her sessions, whether they are online or inside the gym, are always something I look forward too. The gym itself is spotless, full of the latest equipment and a very welcoming environment. Bonnie and Michael ensure everyone is looked after and are supportive of each others clients when training. In the time I’ve worked with Bonnie I have overcome a lot of disordered eating habits (many of which were a result poor management from an ‘Instagram’ coach), I’ve started Olympic lifting and my strength and abilities have vastly improved. I would encourage anyone to join Peak to Peak Fitness, whether you work with Michael or Bonnie as a client or just attend their weekly fitness classes. It’s the best investment I’ve made!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Bonnie since February, and I always look forward to my sessions with her. She’s a ball of positivity and sunshine, but also knows how to push me to keep progressing! I’m lifting the heaviest weights I’ve ever lifted in my life, and I feel more energetic with a healthier relationship with food. I recently joined her Monday night class, which I was initially nervous about, but Bonnie reassured me it would be fun and friendly - and it absolutely is! I recommend Bonnie to everyone. Working with her has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself.

Fantastic experience: I starting going to the Ascend class as someone who prodominantly trains for strength and wanted to improve my fitness, but was intimidated by cardio classes. This class is perfect for me, challenging but not horrendous in a laid back and super friendly sociable environment. The class is great because you can really flex the level of effort you want to put in. Micheal and Bonnie are just amazing at what they do and are always on hand to help whether that's with form, encouragement to push through or up the intensity. It's also super handy because its so central and accessible

Fantastic experience: Super well equipped gym, great city centre location, fab supportive coaches you can also always have a proper laugh with and now they've got their fun new classes going as well, it really is a 10/10 gym experience every time. Been going to this fitness studio since it has been open but trained at the gym Bon and Michael worked at before this as well so can really vouch for how great they are, would not feel as confident training anywhere else!
