Fantastic experience: Incredible studio, so lucky to have locally and for such a great price, as reformer classes can be very expensive. Brilliant fun classes, such good energy and instructors! I’ve done Pilates for years, but this is best place I’ve ever been and I’ve never sweated so much So glad I joined!

Fantastic experience: I visit reform to have my sculpture facials with Jane Knight. They are amazing. I've been having them with Jane and other things for 3 years now. Jane is hugely talented in her field of expertise in reflexology and reiki messages and facials I hear that the classes here are brilliant, but sadly, membership is not in my price range

Fantastic experience: The best studio, amazing teaching and rooms, and a good selection of classes to choose from. 1-2-1 sessions with Julie were incredible and really taught me how to use the reformer properly! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Want to feel calm, relaxed and good about your workout? This is exactly what it’s like at ‘R3form to the core’ Studio. Set in a beautiful converted barn over two floors, the equipment is clean and organised, the environment feels luxurious and spa-like and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. As a Physiotherapist I highly recommend the classes to improve strength, posture and coordination. As a member of the public I love being a part of the R3form family. Book a taster session and prepare to get hooked!

Fantastic experience: By far the best place to do yoga, Pilates or fitness classes in the area. All the instructors are excellent and the facilities are great. I’m addicted to the place.

Fantastic experience: I discovered a way of exercising that does not irritate my injuries or joints, and such a huge variety of classes and teachers, all are wonderful, I started once a week which soon become twice, then 3, and its just so good, I often attend 5 a week now and love the results of the Pilates reformer machines, my body has shaped and toned since starting in a way I didn't think was possible. They also offer some weekend events and workshops and the massages are also great upstairs in their therapy room.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to R3form for most of this year. I love this form of exercise and it is made special by the great music, awesome instructors and my fellow class mates. My strength, particularly my core, has improved considerably. I would consider myself more of a cardio lover but this combines the rush you get from a good workout with improvement to strength and flexibility. Give it a go as you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I’m not a massive fan of yoga as I’ve always found it a bit boring, but I’ve had a lot of muscle pain recently from weight training, so took a class with Juliette on Saturday and it was brilliant - she trains in such a functional way, so you get to understand exactly how each movement should feel and get the extra few cm of a stretch! It’s a gorgeous building too, so I’ll back next week and it would be ideal if they put on an evening class during the week, so I could bring my partner.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of R3form, I haven't stopped talking about it since I booked a class 7 weeks ago on a whim. In that time I've been 4 x times a week, I genuinely look forward to going, it's fun, it's a great workout, it's different there really is nothing like it. The venue is beautiful and you really feel like you're getting a high end experience when you go, but with the loveliest members and instructors so no one feels self conscious, all shapes/sizes and it's your workout so it's easy to adapt to whatever your fitness level is. I've attended every R3form instructor class and they are all 10/10 instructors, all different vibes, playlists which keeps it fun and genuinely the nicest people, R3form has been really selective with it's team it shows. I could fangirl for 20 paragraphs, but book on to a class as you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: R3form studio has been a game changer for my fitness journey. The first time ever that I look forward to working out and have more consistency. It’s a way to move the body in a way that genuinely makes you feel good inside and out! Reform and fitcore are great, and the few yoga classes I’ve been to were like no other yoga class I’ve done before. Truly ‘mind and body’ type movement. The instructors are all so nice and knowledgeable, and anyone in the room can tell how much they enjoy what they do! They meet everyones needs at any fitness level and give variations too. Plus the studio itself is so clean and calming. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Loving the reform classes with Lee. I struggle with my lower back and this has helped immensly. Even my chiropracter has seen a difference. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've tried three R3FORM classes now with three different Instructors all of whom have been fantastic and made a total novice like myself feel like a pro. High energy, versatile and fun this workout is honestly like no other I've ever experienced (and I'm quite the class veteran). The reformers themselves are such a cool bit of kit and really do work every muscle. If you want to work out hard in a beautiful setting with a motivational inspiring atmosphere and team of instructors you absolutely must give this a whirl!

Fantastic experience: The reformer class with Christie this week was great with clear instruction and good energy. It was only 45 minutes but really powerful - I felt every muscle in my body was worked. Beautiful studio and great teaching.
