Dedicated Strength Gym

Fantastic experience: Started this gym in November 2024. Always wanted to do strongman. But was unsure on what direction I wanted to go And Alan the owner said anything is possible . He Helped me understand what was required with training and mindest. I work through a monthly programme..And absolutely love using all the different equipment you use for strong man . Sandbags, yoke, axle , logs. Also the family environment is amazing none judgmental And has athletes of all levels..from begginers to experienced open. everyone supports you through your highs And your lows. So all this has given me the confidence to do my first competition and I absolutely love the feeling of competition. I thank Alan for all of his hard work And helping me become the new person I have become. He is not just a coach but becoming a friend a mentor and someone I can trust.
