Fantastic experience: I did 14 weeks with Lee in the run up to the end of the year to try and change the problems I have with my back and lack of flexibility. After the initial chat and assessment Lee got to work with me with some stretches and then started to introduce some weights to this.Did a session a week but also encouraged me to do some work at home, Over the following weeks the improvement in me was night and day. Lee gave me a programme to work on over the winter as I do a fair bit of mountain biking and the programme is to help me with this. Have done a few good bike runs and so far I dont suffer the way I was before. Lee is full of encouragement and is glad to help if you get in touch with him and I plan to do another few weeks with him in the spring to progress further with what we have done so far. 100% recommend Life Athlete no matter your level of fitness or age Thanks again Lee Iain
Fantastic experience: Through Lee's programme of exercises, I have managed to sort out many of my long term injury issues. The great thing is I don't have to go to the gym as I can exercise at home with one or two dumbells/kettlebells and some other inexpensive kit. Lee is so knowledgeable and encouraging. After only a few months, i can feel the difference in my mobility and it has filtered through to my chosen sport, tennis.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Lee in 2023 as conscious I spend a lot of my time at my desk and wanted to be fitter and stronger to be a better dad, get my fitness back to where it was pre children and remove/reduce the aches and pains of life. Lee has been great with clear guidance and interesting exercises that have made a real difference to my strength, posture and all round performance. Nice to see the Strava stars returning! Fantastic experience: I've faffed around trying to make up my own strength conditioning programmes every winter for years. Now I realise where I've been going wrong. I have a specific, developing programme from Lee that hits all the right spots. The assessment and development sessions are clear, professional and fun. What's best is that they are tailored for me and my sport. Highly recommended, and well worth the investment of time and money.
Fantastic experience: I started with Lee in October to improve my strength and conditioning for golf. When I started I seen significant improvements with my mobility in my golf swing and increased speed in my swing. Not only did Lee help me with my golf, he also helped me with a back injury that I have had on and off for years which appears to have been sorted for good. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Had 10 sessions with Lee on mobility, stability and strength exercises. After retiring and wanting to do more outdoor activities ie cycling, skiing . Lee has given me the foundations to be stronger and more confident at long distance cycling and skiing. Will carry on with sessions to build my fitness to be able to do more outdoor hobbies with enjoyment He is professional in all aspects of his training … his motivation is outstanding Recommend Lee 100%….
Fantastic experience: Highly rate! I have trained with Lee since August 2022 after being recommended him by a friend. I was interested in building a strong functional base strength and fitness rather than anything particularly specific. Lee spent the first session putting me through my paces in order to best tailor the training programme to my needs. The majority of training is based around functional kettlebell and strength band work with Lee placing emphasis on form and posture over speed/ reps. These are methods of training that I have not previously used, but, I have come to thoroughly enjoy and I'm impressed with the results. Given the importance of correct form I choose to train with Lee twice a week for the first month, reducing this to once a week when I was more confident with the exercises. I now train once a week with Lee in the studio and do several sessions at home based off the programme he has made me. Going forwards I plan to check in with Lee for a block of sessions every 6-8 weeks to update and tailor my ongoing training. I've found the above extremely effective and would recommend it to anyone who would like to start a tailored functional training programme, that can be continued at home, and essentially become confidently self-led should you wish it to be. Whilst my personal fitness aim was very general, Lee's in-depth knowledge would be an asset to any aspiring top-level athlete - particularly if you are from a cycling background. It's been a pleasure training under Lee's mentorship and I look forward to continuing to improve my strength and fitness under his guidance. If you are on the fence about restarting fitness or a seasoned pro athlete looking to hone your physical edge I can't think of a better place to start than Peak Athlete. Hope this is helpful :) Ollie
