Fantastic experience: Been coming to S23 now for over 2 years its is the BEST GYM in the North West. Not only are you welcomed to the S23 Family when you arrive you also get to experience an epic circuit training. Buzzing tunes, great workout but also you can pick up a protein shake on the way out & some delicious protein treats also to take home with you . S23 has everything anyone who wants to train hard & well . Fully equipped Gym , GREAT Coaches, S23 Challenges, Protein Shakes/Snacks, S23 Branded Gym Kit which the leggings are to die for as they stay in place when working out.

Fantastic experience: Felt great after a boot camp work out at S23 this morning. It felt very safe and lots of sanitiser and it was great having the plastic gloves to put on before the boxing gloves. Gutted it may have to close for another lock down
