We offer day and evening yoga classes (based on a fusion of styles with our roots centred on Sivananda Yoga) for beginners and those with more experience who want to develop their practice or challenge themselves. Yoga is so much more than physical practice and can benefit all ages, genders, shapes, sizes and abilities. It can improve our ability to concentrate and focus, improves sleep, increases self-acceptance and helps relieve anxiety and depression. Yoga will not only improve your body health, it will give you the strength, power and energy to live life to the full. Please join one of our sessions.
