Fantastic experience: I have watched Jack and his fantastic business go from strength to strength over the past 5 years and am proud to have been part of that journey. At nearly 50, I’m still at prime fitness and health (physical and mental) and I have these classes to thank for that. Jack has a knack of making everyone feel like they matter, regardless of age or standard of fitness. I have also made loads of friends from the group sessions. There is loads of laughter every class and banter mostly directed at Jack ;) My 16 year old also comes along with me and her friends and they love it too. Come and join a wonderful group of people!
Fantastic experience: I've been going to afterburn classes for the last two years and really enjoy them. The instructors and other attendees are all friendly and welcoming. Classes are available at different levels allowing me to build up my fitness. I attended bootcamp tonight that included 200 mountain climbers, 40 press ups, push ups and burpees, plus several laps of the track, I wouldn't have been able to do this 2 years ago. I'm going to hurt tomorrow, I'm not sure where yet!

Fantastic experience: The most active fitness group in Liphook, 3+ classes daily, mostly outdoors. I love the variety and enthusiasm of everyone. It has helped me personally so thumbs up to the team

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend afterburn fitness more. Jack, Sam and the rest of the team are so supportive and genuinely help you reach your goals and they never make you feel bad if you struggle with moves like I do. I was anxious about class exercise not being very sporty but the classes are brilliant. What are you waiting for?

Fantastic experience: Jack is brilliant! I do one on one training sessions where we set the goals together and then Jack devises an individual training program to reach those goals ( be it weight loss or getting ready to ski). Each session varies keeping it fun never boring and repetitive. Jack also offers a wide variety of classes to join from circuits to boot camp, boxing fit to pilates. Something to suit every level. He has built up a great community of after-burners who support his charity fundraising events and meet up socially. I’ve made many friends and we all encourage each other to keep going to hit our goals!

Fantastic experience: I started classes last year and they’ve been great for me both physically and mentally. Both Jack and Sam are clearly very knowledgeable and you can tell the high level of preparation that goes in to the sessions. The community that has been built is enjoyable - people have been welcoming from the very first class. Admittedly, the odd song choice might be questionable but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it so far and look forward to more to come.

Fantastic experience: Lucy runs excellent Zumba lessons. I really enjoy them. Jack is very flexible with bookings and on the day cancellations, if necessary. It's a great local business to have in Liphook and I hope it grows and thrives.

Fantastic experience: Afterburn Fitness as helped me massively in achieving my physical goals as well as mental goals. My confidence in what myself and my body can now achieve has drastically changed and that’s thanks to doing classes and programmes with Afterburn. In private sessions, they tailor the needs to the individual. At classes, they will keep an eye to make sure you are getting the best out of yourself, let alone all the friends you will make there too! I couldn’t recommend them enough! Team Afterburn 100% of the time for me!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been regularly going to classes for 4 or 5 months now and I absolutely love it. Jack is great and such a motivator. I’ve always struggled to find exercise enjoyable but luckily I’ve found it here! Sam’s classes are also amazing. They both take time to help me improve and I want to say thank you

Fantastic experience: Great classes. Every class is carefully planned and technique is monitored closely to reduce the chance of injury and get the most out of the exercises. There is something for all abilities.
Fantastic experience: After a year of trying to self motivate to exercise, I went to bootcamp run by Jack and it reminded me how much I love exercise. He makes you work hard but he's also motivating and the classes are great if you like to exercise with a team!

Fantastic experience: Jack is a fantastic role model for my teenage daughter. She loved attending his classes before lockdown - he really helped her improve her fitness and agility. Most recently, she's had some private training sessions. He is so positive and supportive - he genuinely cares about her achieving her fitness goals and was very knowledgeable when she was nursing an injury. Any parent out there wanting their teenager to get more active and get into fitness, give Jack and his classes a go.
Fantastic experience: I attend Jacks classes and I can honestly say, anyone thinking about going but not sure - just go! No matter what your ability, jack will motivate you and push you enough as he just wants you to succeed! Highly recommend Jack to all!!

Fantastic experience: Great way to ease back into fitness. Jack really motivates the whole class and supports everyone individually. There’s a real sense of a community with no judgement. I’ve just signed up to 2 classes a week!
Fantastic experience: Jack is fantastic, even when I arrived not wanting to do much of a workout, I would leave feeling great as Jack is very professional, motivational, knowledgeable and passionate about his job, highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Jack is absolutely fantastic. Having thought I’d do only 5 sessions with him to understand what type of exercises I should be doing, I’ve done weekly sessions for 6 months and I feel so much stronger and fitter. His exercise planning is excellent and never in that time have I done the same session twice! He’s a personal trainer that will work with you to achieve your fitness goals and has repeatedly sent me adapted exercises to do if I go on holiday and there is no gym, for example. So in short I would thoroughly recommend him...he’s addictive!
Fantastic experience: I would highly reccomed jack to anyone looking for a top personal trainer. His sessions are well planned and tailored to my needs and goals. He really knows his stuff, making it fun and rewarding to exercise. Deffinately give Afterburn fitness a try!
Fantastic experience: I’d highly recommend Jack at AfterBurn Fitness, personal training could seem very daunting but the sessions are fun, varied and surprisingly enjoyable while being pushed to reach your goals (no cheating!!).
Fantastic experience: I have just completed 10 1-1 sessions and I have never felt better. Jack gives you the confidence to reach your goals. He's well educated, friendly and tailors every session to your specific needs. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!
Fantastic experience: On the whole I had always been happy with my body and level of fitness, and kept myself fit and active through three years of a performing arts degree at university. However, I left university and became self-employed this time last year. I work from home and barely leave the house, I became lazy and unmotivated to attempt any form of exercise and became much less fit and gained 1.5stone in weight. I'd always been terrified of the prospect of approaching a personal trainer, after watching social media videos which made me think you had to already be fit and healthy with a six pack and know all the exercises and be able to do everything perfectly well. I had no idea what I'd be able to do as I hadn't worked out in so long, and had lost the confidence to walk into a gym and try to do anything. Jack reassured me that we would start everything at my own pace and he created a structured fitness plan for me to take away to the gym which made me feel like I could go in there and do it without feeling self-conscious, gave me nutritional advice and always pushes me to work harder in our 1-1s, to the point where I've done things I didn't think I'd ever be able to do! I've had ten weeks of 1-1 sessions with Jack and have seen a huge change in myself, I feel healthier, more energised and positive, I've lost fat and gained muscle, my endurance and stamina has improved and most importantly, I am now actually LOVING exercising and see it as more of a hobby than a chore. I've even started going to spinning classes and am joining a running club- and I have always hated running. I couldn't recommend Jack more, he knows what he's talking about, gives you all the encouragement and motivation you need and if you put in the hard work yourself as well then you can't go wrong!
