Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the Amphibious Fit classes. Jessie who runs them is really inspiring, uplifting and a positive instructor. She has really motivated me to improve my fitness and even in lockdown, tailor-made her classes for us all so we can access them online. I really hate cardio and strength building but she makes everything so fun so it's much easier to do. I have also just started a new 6-week course with her doing Animal Flow Yoga. Again I'm not a massive Yoga person but I absolutely love these classes. They have given me a whole new way of looking at yoga. Prices are really affordable. I can't rate her highly enough. Check her classes out. She is awesome.

The knowledge, enthusiasm and positivity Jessie has comes through in all the classes she offers. These classes are a great way to improve your fitness, no matter what level you are currently at, whilst having fun and meeting new friends.

Fantastic experience: Jessie is amazing. I joined her classes with a broken toe & she adapted everything for me. Her classes are super relaxed with no pressure but you leave feeling like you’ve achieved! Jessie is such a kind inspiring & motivational woman.

Fantastic experience: Jessie's energy is so contiguous! There is nothing not to love about any of her classes. Animal flow leaves me feeling strong and empowered. Anyone can do this and theres a huge sense of achievement when we get to put together what we have learnt and flow together at the end. I'm resting today after a brilliant beach boot camp which I'm still feeling! I would also highly recommend yoga for all the magical self love feels. I drive from Uckfield to get to Amphibious Fit classes and its well worth every mile

Jessie brings passion and knowledge to all of her classes which are well thought out and planned to make the most out of each class. It's about more than offering fitness to all different levels of fitness, Jessie's classes are about getting outside, having fun, being mindful, challenging yourself and sending you home with a smile on your face and a real sense of community.

Fantastic experience: Jessie is the best instructor!!!! I adore her animal flow classes. She is clear, confident and delivers a beautiful class via zoom or in person. I could not recommend her more.
