Fantastic experience: My daughter is not very sporty but she LOVES her fitness classes with Vicky! She says she makes it so much fun and can’t wait to show me what she’s been doing in class. Fantastic experience: FiiT Like a Girl is brilliant for girls of all ages. It has completely changed my daughter’s attitude to fitness, it’s no longer a chore for her but something to look forward to. Vicky keeps the classes fresh and interesting to keep the girls interested and encourages them to talk about anything they are finding stressful in a safe space. Just what’s needed in today’s world.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend FLAG highly enough - my daughter has been attending since the start and her self confidence has improved no end. Vicky is amazing and my daughter adores her. Out of all the classes my daughter has attended Dance, gymnastics to name a few FLAG is the only one she has enjoyed and stuck at. Vicky teaches them to be themselves and not have to conform to the “types” that social media, tv etc makes them think they should be.

I love the variety of classes. It means there is something for everyone. It's great to have a group that support each other, and especially through the pandemic, vicky has taken the time to do classes online. She is a superwoman. 5 stars isn't enough!

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars I would. Since joining Fiit like a Girl or rather fabulously fiit which is the adult classes my life has changed. I've gone from hating exercise to looking forward to it. The classes are fun and friendly with no mirrors, no judgement and no unreasonable expectations we just work as hard as we can and get to be proud of what we acheive. We laught and joke while getting fit. I've lost 40lbs in 8 months and I'm fitter than I've ever been. Vicky and Lisa are so kind and so caring, they will take any personal circumstances on board and make recommendations to support you. If you're thinking of giving the classes a go I say do it, it may change your life for the better.
