Group training for Mums.
This is no ordinary Bootcamp!
Workout with like-minded mums in a fun and supportive environment. We keep our classes small so, you can be assured that workouts can be tailored according to your individual needs. This will ensure you achieve the greatest level of progress possible.
Sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness. This is a SMALL GROUP of 8-10 mums so an individual approach is guaranteed. No one gets left behind.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Melita Fitness for several years now. Such a welcoming group, with amazing trainers it makes exercise more fun!! Wherever you are on your fitness journey they can help and inspire you. And to top it all they are a really social bunch too!!
