Dance Fitness and High Intensity Interval Training Classes, based in Birmingham. Classes include ZUMBA, Bootcamp Style Training and Martial Arts based fitness. All delivered by a Fully Qualified and Licensed Instructor in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. In every class, Music is the key.
