Fantastic experience: We take our children to kickboxing and both of them have a great time. At the same time they are learning a great martial art and respect.

Fantastic experience: Since East Coast moved in next door to us Kasha has really enjoyed the yoga with Allison and we have both had amazing sports injury massages with Michelle....Both absolutlely brilliant in their professions showing that it need not cost the Earth to get the best !
