Fantastic experience: Just completed my third bootcamp. Instructors Ollie and Sam make each session different. It’s hard work but fun and everyone in the sessions are friendly and welcoming. No ego’s. Very enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant workout and changes a bit each session so you never get bored. Enthusiastic instructors and you are able to go at a pace to suit you. Perfect for all abilities.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending bootcamp for about 8 weeks now and I love it. The classes are varied with lots of different exercises to keep it interesting, exercises can be adapted to suit all abilities, I am definitely feeling a lot fitter and toned. However it really is more than just an exercise class, the instructor Sam ensures that we all have lots of fun together, encouraging each other along the way. I have met a lovely group of people who help keep me motivated and push myself to keep trying harder. We have so much fun and i always walk away from a session feeling happy, as well as a bit sweaty .
