Fantastic experience: I started going for PT sessions in september after gaining some lockdown weight. I had seen the success a friend had and I knew this was the place I wanted to go. I've had PT sessions before in other places and I had poor results and I'm fairly inexperienced when it comes to gym equipment. I have to say this is the best decision I have made in 2020. My sessions are very focussed and catered to my personal targets. All staff are very friendly and knowledgable and happy to help or explain anything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to improve fitness, lose weight. I have lost the weight and feel and look so much better than I did before. In the past I've always dreaded going to gyms as it seemed like a punishment but now I have found the right place and I'm seeing results I have never been happier. Session prices and membership are great value but since starting here I feel that you cant put a price on feeling and looking your best. Gary and noreen are amazing and so good at what they do, the other staff and clients there are fantastic as well, the atmosphere is great and theres no waiting about for machines . This gym is definitely worth 5 star reviews. Check this place out
