Fantastic experience: I moved during lockdown April 2020 to Uk from Saudi Arabia after staying there for more than 20 years.Having left behind my life career and friends and Boston Lincolnshire during lockdown was so depressing. My need for exercise led me to Nina's nitty gritty fittys and I consider myself so lucky to have found such an experienced and professional trainer who gives excellent and challenging classes for such a reasonable fee.The group of fittys and yogis are friendly and welcoming. I love Ninas approach of letting you discover yourself through your own practice and her energy and enthusiasm drives you to do your best.I recommend this group absolutely and the sooner people join the better.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Nina's aerobics, twice a week over the last 13 years or so. She changes the routine every six weeks, each one expertly designed and choreographed to challenge both body and mind. All ages, abilities and fitness levels are welcome and Nina encourages everyone to feel good about themselves and what they have achieved. Basically, it's an hour of fun, where you can forget the stresses of your day by jumping around to fantastic music with an amazing group of people. Absolutely love it !

Fantastic experience: Been coming to various different classes for 5 years now. Nina, teaches and encourages you to train in a way that suits your needs at that time whilst looking at ways to help you improve. The group motivate each other and we always have a laugh.
