Fantastic experience: Huge and well chosen range of quality kit Friendly atmosphere, most members are very welcoming. As an older guy, this is important. Of course, there are some “gym age” younger members who seem to consider me as invisible, but that’s far less the case here than in other similar sized gyms I’ve used Open early morning until evening on weekdays. Fits my day to be an early visitor Jason, the owner is friendly, cheerful and approachable. He’s created a great facility for anyone wanting to improve fitness and much, much more Whatever your goals, you’re sure to find plenty here to help you on your way

It features top-end equipment, including classic Cybex leg machines like the hack squat and leg press, plus over 10 pieces from Prime USA for precision training. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, making it ideal for all fitness levels. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: The best strength gym I’ve ever been to! I’ve been to many gyms over the years of moving around and Elevate is bar far the best strength/bodybuilding gym I’ve trained at. The range of equipment is staggering. If you are located anywhere near this gym then sign up.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! The coolest equipment I’ve seen in a gym for strength training, and it is a super nice environment. I feel I am now spoiled; if I ever move away from Bidford, it’ll be hard to find a gym with such a variety of machines. Friendly staff too!

Fantastic experience: 4 hour round trip to visit this amazing gym and I wasn't disappointed the atmosphere and equipment can't be beaten! It's a haven for hand picked, unique equipment that can't be rivalled by your big commercial gyms. Jason puts his heart and soul into this one of a kind facility and it definitely shows

Fantastic experience: Not a member but I visit from time to time as it’s such a great facility. Overall a brilliant Gym with great range of equipment from Nautilus, Prime, Cybex, Hammer Strength and much more. Owner takes enormous pride in quality of equipment he brings into the gym and seemingly has no plans of stopping as there is new equipment every time I visit. Really reasonable day pass price.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Fitness Worx Bidford enough. I've been a member from the day it opened and you would have to pay me to leave! Jason (the owner) has a very kind and welcoming personality and takes his time to talk to each and every member, listening and supporting people on their fitness journey. The gym itself is so well equipped and is continuing to evolve day by day. I've never felt more comfortable at a gym before and it's great to see so many women lifting!

Having signed up on the opening weekend Jason has expanded his range of high quality equipment and continually adds equipment, listening to members feedback and thoughts about how to improve the gym. Both community and atmosphere are great, wouldn't want to train anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Started 1:1 sessions with the owner Jason and can say 100% have saw major improvements. Jase has shown me loads of new moves and introduced me to equipment I’ve never used before. His motivation in our sessions has really pushed me to get outside my comfort zone, and actually train and push myself, as well as working the sessions around my ever changing schedule! Would definitely recommend the gym and Jason as a PT!
