3 years ago Fantastic experience: I use Jays gym for solo use and suits me perfectly as the nearest gym for the Bovingdon and Flaunden area. A great range of equipment plus a personal touch of compiling a programme and set of workouts for me.

3 years ago Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Jay now for over 18 months. Classes are brilliant but I also do one to one sessions. Great range of knowledge & kit for each goal. Highly recommended whatever your goals are

4 years ago Fantastic experience: Jay is a great PT with a calm patient nature that puts you at ease straight away. His sessions are challenging but fun & me & my husband always feel good afterwards - even if we're aching for a while! Highly recommend him for those wanted to push themselves without a shouty PT.
