Fantastic experience: I use Jays gym for solo use and suits me perfectly as the nearest gym for the Bovingdon and Flaunden area. A great range of equipment plus a personal touch of compiling a programme and set of workouts for me.

Fantastic experience: Jay is a great PT with a calm patient nature that puts you at ease straight away. His sessions are challenging but fun & me & my husband always feel good afterwards - even if we're aching for a while! Highly recommend him for those wanted to push themselves without a shouty PT.
