Spinalis Pilates Studio is a private studio located in Kingston - Upon - Thames offering the very best in Pilates and GYROTONIC®. Our comfortable and intimate studio is well equipped with a wide range of high quality Pilates exercise equipment and the GYROTONIC® Tower to help you achieve the very best results you are capable of. We believe in giving the highest level in tuition. The Studio offers private 1 to 1 sessions, allowing us to give the maximum attention to our clients.
