Fantastic experience: Amazing hatha yoga class! Naomi is a fab teacher and the rest of the team are great too. I definitely recommend coming and trying out a class if you aren't sure, but you'll probably leave loving the place :)

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I attended my first class at Pembrokeshire Health Hub and I couldn't be happier with how it went. The staff were all very friendly and helpful making me feel welcome throughout the session. The session had several activities that allowed me to work as hard as I pleased using different sized weights. It's not too big either which allowed more interaction with the instructors that could point out any helpful tips and provide plenty of encouragement! Safe to say I felt it today, will definitely be back

Fantastic experience: Had a sports massage off Patrick yesterday as I was feeling a bit tight and sore. Was very professional throughout the whole massage and I left feeling a lot better. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Just attended my first strength and conditioning class and will definitely be booking up a course of sessions. Really professional trainers, good warm up and cool down. I’m a beginner but there were tailored options for each exercise so was able to work at my own level but I know I’ll be feeling it tomorrow! Nice small group so my form was checked for each exercise and constant encouragement throughout the session keeping everyone motivated!
