Fantastic experience: Due to plumbing works, I was without water so was unable to have my daily shower, as I don't know anyone (Moved from London), I telephoned 1 Formula Fitness asking if I could use their shower, without any hesitation the lady said it wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately I didn't ask her name but when I met her she was friendly and very sweet. Thank you.

Positive experience: Quite small gym but it was perfect for few days during holiday nearby. Has the essential gear, consider the space. And swimming pool and sauna is definitely a huge plus!

Fantastic experience: Staff are brilliant and the facillities are great! My little boy also has weekly swimming lessons and we cannot fault a single thing :) The bar area is also great for a coffee and bite to eat after! 5 stars!

Positive experience: Enjoyed use of the facilities this week whilst staying at the adjacent cottage. Whilst the staff have been amazing and accommodating, the male member of staff on duty this evening was unhelpful and unapologetic in dealing with our complaint about the noise of the ball hitting the side of the cottage and the car music being played by your gym users. Disgusting attitude!

Fantastic experience: Great family run gym. Just the right size for a friendly atmosphere with helpful staff. Pool with fast lane (variable speed water pumped towards you, so you can swim at any speed while staying in one spot - great for tri-athlon training Jacuzzi Sauna Sunbed Nail bar Lounge and bar with reasonably priced food and snacks

Fantastic experience: Attended a birthday party held here. Lovely cafe/bar with big windows facing the pool. I enjoyed having a coffee while watching the children play. Plenty of pool toys, googles, floats etc.. Venue was clean, tidy and staff were very friendly. Room was decorated well and ample amounts of food for the children attending the party.
