Fantastic experience: Very helpful in my fight to get fit. Feeling better already after a couple of sessions. Rachel is helpful and supportive along with appearing to be well informed about her subject. Still here and enjoying Rachel's classes four years on. As a senior her classes help me retain my flexibility and have eliminated pins and needles in my Arms. Thank you Rachel

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Rachel's classes for 2 years and am extremely happy with the way the class is run and the exercise used. Giving 3 levels to each individual exercise has allowed me to progress at my own pace. Alternatives are always available if you have an injury for example.

Fantastic experience: Rachel has a warm , friendly personality and she is very encouraging to her students, whatever the level they are at. She has so much knowledge of Pilates moves and positions she can tailor them to your needs. Her holistic, mind/body approach is well prepared and delivered. The atmostphere at class is relaxed ; truely exercise made fun and achievable. So glad I found this teacher , and on my doorstep practically!

Fantastic experience: I was advised to do a pilates class to help with a persistent health issue and I’m so glad I found Rachel! Her classes are informal and great fun. After a meditative relaxation time, Rachel has a warm and caring way of leading us through the exercises safely, making sure everyone is challenged yet works at their own level. Fab!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a local Pilates class and found Rachel. Never looked back. Her classes are warm and friendly as well as tailored to suit each participant. She demonstrates each posture showing a beginners, intermediate and advanced pose, and invites you to pick the one that suits you. The class is enjoyable, you feel you have worked your body and the following day you know you did when you feel the muscles' response.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Rachel's classes. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere and suitable for all levels - Rachel really makes you feel welcome and caters to everyone's different needs. I was a bit anxious at first about returning to a public venue after lockdown, but classes are small and well spaced and ventilated so I always feel perfectly safe. I really look forward to my weekly class - an oasis of peace and quiet in a busy week, and really good for all the aches and pains I accumulate at my desk! I always go home feeling so much better!

Fantastic experience: Rachel is an inspiring and very committed teacher of Pilates, and she has a wide experience of teaching people of different abilities, so is able to adapt her teaching to client's needs. Her classes are stretching but also relaxing, and she brings a great sense of humour to the sessions which is enjoyable! I recommend her classes for anyone who wants to improve not just posture strength and flexibility, but also a general sense of wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I started Pilates with Rachel after I had been doing Pilates a few years, I was beginning to feel disillusioned with previous teacher who didn’t make allowances for vulnerable areas & joints. I have never looked back & always enjoy attending her class. A friend from London will attend when she is with me & also holds her in high regard due to the ongoing instruction on muscle control, levels of ability & adaptation for those with specific vulnerabilities like knees & bad necks. Thank you Rachel yours is very much the personal caring touch.

Fantastic experience: Rachel is an excellent teacher in pilates. She adapts the class to suit your needs. She is well placed to teach pilates and demonstrates her expertise in this area as previously she trained as an Occupational Therapist. Her classes are highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Rachels pilates classes for about 2 years now and definitely feel the benefits of doing pilates on a regular basis. Rachels classes are accessible to any age or ability and she will advise or adapt exercises to meet the individual needs of anyone with an injury. The classes are fun and informal and I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoy Rachel's classes and always end each session feeling like I've had a good workout yet relaxed at the same time. If I miss a session (which is rare), I really do feel as though I've missed out. Rachel caters to everyone's needs and never pushes anyone to do something they feel they can't. It's a lovely, welcoming class - and we have a laugh too!

Fantastic experience: I have thoroughly enjoyed Rachel's classes. Having tried two other classes, I found Rachel's to be relaxed and friendly. With three levels of each exercise demonstrated, I found it easy to work the areas I wanted to, and to take care of my more vulnerable joints. Rachel is always careful to check with each person that the exercise is right for them. Her tailored approach is great and her presence brings lovely atmosphere to the class. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased that I decided to give Pilates a go and even more so now that I’ve found Rachel, she is fantastic!! Relaxed environment and opportunity to either stretch yourself if you’re feeling up to it or stay within your comfort zone. I love that she checks that we’re doing it right and so avoid any injury and get the lost out of the class. I’ve already recommended her to a friend. Thanks Rachel

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased that I found this Pilates class. All levels are catered for and there is never any pressure to do an exercise that you feel your body is not capable of. Rachel is always aware of any problems that people might have and tailors her exercises to suit individual people. Lovely relaxed and fun class, never boring or regimented. Thank you Rachel.

Fantastic experience: The pilates classes are great fun. The exercises are varied and aimed at all levels. Rachel is very aware of people with injuries or strains and gives different exercises if necessary to reflect this. I love my classes with Rachel who also offers a first 'free' session for those who are not sure whether it is for them.
