Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about going to the gym but with the help of Kirpal I’m slowly going more often. He checks up on me lots to make sure I’m doing the things I should for my weight loss/muscle gain. Kirpal has definitely given me a 5* service and I would recommend him to anyone. He makes you feel comfortable and definitely gives that push you might need.
Fantastic experience: While attending Woodcutter Fitness I've learned a range of different exercises and workouts for that work different parts of my body. The instructor, Kirps, is very knowledgeable about fitness and building muscle and has effectively taught me how to better my own fitness, as well as how to workout on my own. Aside from this, I've learned tips for my diet, as well as how to prepare for a workout and what to do following one.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with psoriatic arthritis for over 10 years while also on heavy medication. I then set out to reset my health through the institute of functional medicine. Having progressed I then needed to take it to the next level and a fitness instructor with referral experience was required hence woodcutter fitness came to the fore. Kirps professionalism, empathy, motivation and above all fun inspired me to drive on and not only loose weight but increase my movement and durability to feel 10 years younger. His dedication to his clients can be seen through the background work he does in terms of advice on nutrition, mental health growth and general lifestyle changes. Fantastic experience: Kirps is a great personal trainer. I came to him with a goal to become more confident in weight training and becoming stronger. He developed a great training plan with a focus on both exercise and diet. He focuses on form and technique which has built my confidence in weight training. He has also been really supportive and very encouraging after a set back with my progress. He is very supportive, encouraging and full of good humour. I’m very glad he is my personal trainer :)

Fantastic experience: I have recently invested in a health coach. As part of my training program, my coach had sent me three different resistant workouts that needed to be completed weekly. As I had never used weights before, I really was not confident that I was using them properly. I thought it would be a good idea find a trainer who could advice/spot me during each work out. Luckily, I came across Kirpal, from Woodcutter fitness, he has a very calm manor and made me feel instantly at ease. In only four sessions Kirpal, has managed to iron out quite a few of the areas in which I had been struggling with, for weeks prior. I found his advice/knowledge extensive and very much tailored to my needs. A side from the training schedule, I had already been given by my coach, Kirpal has introduced me to the use of other equipment, such as bar work and bench work. I would not have had the confidence to use these and I never thought it would be something I would enjoy. In a short space of time, my attitude towards the gym went from something I have to do, to something I want to do. I would highly, highly recommend him as a trainer!!!
Fantastic experience: Really great workout classes! Effective and well structured. I would highly recommend it for HIIT workout sessions where you may not have the most time but would like to have an effective workout.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Woodcutter Fitness. Kirps took time to listen to what I wanted to achieve and devised a programme of exercises around this. Each session, he has been very motivational, encouraging me to do new exercises and push myself harder.

Flexible with session times and great communication. Has built my confidence in the gym and improved knowledge of exercise and fitness. Fantastic experience: Kirps is a great personal trainer, he really takes the time to get to know you, your goals, likes and dislikes and creates a well rounded, interesting plan. His knowledge of advanced stretching means I was always fully warmed up and cooled down before and after sessions so didn’t ache as much and didn’t sustain any injuries. He’s also really focussed on correcting your technique and explaining why, so you gain knowledge that you can use to help yourself in the future. He’s very professional and knowledgeable and worth every penny. I wouldn’t have been able to reach my goals without him and would highly recommend for anyone - complete beginners who have never set foot in a gym all the way to people who just want to focus on something in particular.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent workout with Kirpal over Zoom (I am based in Tokyo). We did a general session developing my power. I have been a gym goer for over 20 years and am pretty fit as a result of regular runs and resistance workouts at home, but I found the workout a real challenge, just what I was looking for. Not only did I feel great physically and mentally after the 45 minutes session, but my posture seemed to improve instantly and I now have some great ideas to use in my own workouts. Fantastic experience: Kirpal's a knowledgeable guy with a fun yet focused approach which has helped in achieving my goals. He created some effective workout plans to get me out of rut and motivated me to train for a number of OCR/endurance events.

Fantastic experience: I started my 8-week body transformation with Kirps after 18 months of zero fitness. On my 1st visit to The Gym, Kirps greeted me with a smile and showed me around. It was an instant click, I decided to sign up for a personal training session with Kirps for the next 4 weeks. He is committed to getting the best of out me and within 2 weeks I gained muscle mass and lost more than 2% body fat. He made sure to simplify things and emphasize the priorities to get maximum impact and in no time I was seeing results. I could not endorse Kirps more strongly.
