Fantastic experience: I love these classes. Sue is brilliant and very supportive. Every HITT session is different, so there is no chance of getting bored. Everyone who comes along is lovely - a really nice, down to earth, supportive bunch of people. I'd recommend Run Fit 110% if you want to get fit, have fun and make friends.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant! I could not recommend Run Fit Fordingbridge enough, Sue has been so supportive and motivating in helping me reach my goals of 10k and half marathon. Sue goes above and beyond with her support and planning, and is also very flexible which is great when injuries come into play. If you do get injured, her sports massages are also great and really did the trick when I injured my leg.

Fantastic experience: My run coaching with Sue was great. She's super encouraging and interested regardless of your level of experience or aptitude. Also very knowledgeable about injury prevention which was extremely handy. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again ☺️ highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Sue is absolutely amazing at creating workouts that although tough are extremely fun, she is great at encouraging you and helps with modifications when needed. I cannot recommend Sue enough, in the last six months my fitness has increased in leaps and bounds and I would not have been able to do this with Sue! So much better than going to the gym, affordable, fun, personable and just all round amazing!! Book a class you won’t regret it! Thank you Sue for absolutely everything

Fantastic experience: Sue’s coaching was second to none! She is very quick to respond to any questions & queries, and her advice is well thought out and sensible. Fantastic experience: If I could offer more than 5 stars, I certainly would! Feeling a bit apprehensive in my early running days, I was greeted with nothing but warmth and encouragement from all at RFF. Despite being a slower runner, I never felt out of place; everyone took the time to connect with me. Sue consistently stayed at the back ensuring no one was left behind, embodying the inclusivity of the RFF community. I was fortunate enough to secure a spot in the London Marathon—a challenge I once thought beyond my reach. It was then that I decided to reach out to Sue as Running Coach / PT. With just a month left until the marathon, I can honestly say I wouldn't have reached this point without Sue's exceptional coaching, guidance, and her innate kindness and understanding—qualities crucial for anyone tackling a daunting challenge. Fantastic experience: In my late 50’s I had moved house and needed to keep fit and meet some new people, I contacted the lovely funny welcoming Sue at RFF who told me about her run and exercise classes. The best overall aspect is that in all the classes you work at your own pace so you never need to feel you are not fit enough to join. It doesn’t matter from what level you start from you will all end up at the same point and time as the others. I can tell the difference in my fitness and strength already. Exercising outdoors is so much better with Sue and the lovely people that attend .

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Run Fit Fordingbridge enough if you need motivation and enjoy companionship whilst running. I first joined in with a group 5k run after completing the couch to 5k course on my own. At this time I was quite slow and could not run 5k without stopping but this is fine on these runs and I found the groups to be really supportive. Gradually I improved and decided to join the group 5k to 10k course led by Sue, not only do you get a group run each week and homework to help improve your fitness but you also get nutritional advice and tips to avoid injury. I have now caught the running bug and am on the 10k to half marathon course and am really enjoying it. The girls on the course are great fun and having a conversation whilst running through wonderful countryside really makes exercise easy. Sue, the run leader is absolutely fantastic and so supportive, she really cares about everyone and goes out of her way to ensure that you have fun and get what you want out of these runs. I know that I would not have kept up running throughout the winter on my own but with a group of like minded women, who have become friends, running in the cold and dark was almost fun :-D. Thanks Sue for this group.

Fantastic experience: I loved getting fitter with Sue and Run Fit Fordingbridge. I met loads of lovely people and made new friends :-) Also, the sports massage really ironed out some tangled and tense muscles. Fantastic experience: Sue (our whistleblower) is such a lovely lady always there for everyone and so encouraging, all the other ladies in the groups too are wonderful to run/walk and chat with.
