Negative experience: This is a residential area, please, some of us are trying to sleep and don't want to be woken up to mistakenly thinking we're at a rave due to the volume of your music! It used to be a gym, close the effing doors, you ought to have decent enough air con, the unit is fit for purpose.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, good price, good trainers and classes.

Negative experience: Located within a residential area and consistently breaks the noise act of 1996. Loud music can be heard often begining before 6am on many days of the week.
