Half of the area is floored with high-quality high-density EVA foam jigsaw mats - 40mm thick with tatami textured surface - no shoes - suitable for all styles of martial arts including floor based. The other half of the area is carpeted. Heavy bags and a range of strength and conditioning equipment (battle ropes, pull up bars) are available to use. Separate changing rooms for male and female, toilets, kitchen and seated waiting area. Separate storage space. Own secure entrance.
