It is a temple of well-being, featuring quality equipment perfectly complimented by our trendy decor, creating a warm and friendly environment. This will help you to either level up your workout or take it in your stride - you choose. We have around 3.000sqft of space split over 2 levels. There is a strength and conditioning area to practice your deadlifts, choose a mini circuit or simply just stretch out before and after your session.
