The MHEC Gym & Academy

The MHEC Gym and Academy is the home of Mental Health & Exercise Coaching, which is the first method of its kind in the fitness industry using exercise as a tool to promote positive mental health. At the MHEC Gym & Academy you can become a gym member and undergo our coaching, guidance and support to achieve your health & fitness goals, and improve your mental wellbeing. Or you can learn our tools, methods and frameworks through the Award in MHEC, which provides learners with the skills & knowledge to assist people struggling with poor mental health to exercise or take part in sport in a supportive and inclusive environment. The gym is used by many people from the local community, whilst our online services reach all corners of the globe.
