Hampshire Self Protection offers fun, friendly, and safe martial arts classes in Basingstoke which are suitable for students age 7+ including teenagers and adults with any level of experience. Classes include age appropriate techniques from mixed martial arts such as  Muay Thai Kick Boxing (we are the only club chosen by The Magic of Thailand International Festival to do their annual Muay Thai Boxing demonstrations in Basingstoke War Memorial Park), Traditional Karate, Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Kali Escrima aka Arnis, Jeet Kune Do (JKD) and Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) as well as Practical Self-Defence skills such as Weapons and Knife Defence, individual and multiple assailants (ie gang attacks) etc.
