Wing Chun Kuen is a Martial Art from Southern China, It’s a concept based martial art and excellent form of self-defence, it utilises, structural power, speed, direct efficient striking & controlling. Wing Chun translates to “Eternal Springtime” and Kuen means “fist”. Wing Chun Kuen was created by an Abbess called Ng Mui, it is also said to be based on the sightings of a fight between a snake and a crane. Ip Man (Yip Man) taught Wing Chun Kuen in Hong Kong to many students, one of his most famous pupils was martial artist and movie star Bruce Lee.
