Negative experience: 2 or 3 of the 10 or so treadmills work. Membership prices about to go up. Very badly managed and maintained. If it wasn't so close I would have left a long time ago. Such a shame

Negative experience: Gym facilities are tired. The spa hasn’t been touched since it opened 10+ years ago. Looking very sorry for itself now. The sauna, steam room and hot tub have all been left to desrepair. The sauna was the only thing working on my visit with people eating, drinking and scrubbing down themselves inside it. Higene and cleanliness clearly not a priority even with the state that it’s in.

Negative experience: Most of the gym equipments stay out of order for months without being repaired.

Fantastic experience: Only just joined but the price is great for swim & sauna/steam £41 pm. Geoffrey on the desk was super helpful. Sauna is good n hot too.

Negative experience: There is so much potential for improvement and I remember when this was a great little gym. But over the last few years its not been maintained well. Equipment is often broken. At least they are starting to fix lockers.

Negative experience: Sadly this place is now a joke. 2 from 12 treadmills working! Used to be great but has been run into the ground. Taking full fees at the same time too. Avoid.

Negative experience: More a storage centre for broken exercise equipment than a gym at the minute. 2 out of 3 stairmasters are broken, 7 out of maybe 9 treadmills are broken, and about half the cross-trainers are broken (depending on the day).

Negative experience: Rubbish company and toxic environment

Negative experience: We have no hot water for a week now at the gym which is essential as well as having only two working showers in the womens, a broken steamroom and hydro pool for a year and a half now as well as outside sauna for even longer. On top of that the pool is dirty and some of the running, cycling, the rowing machine and more are not working. Is been a joke and Fusion is taking advantage of the fact that people appreciated this local amenity. They are thieves really, false advertising all these amenities and basic facilities that don't work and don't exist.

Negative experience: Worst gym in South London. Dirty changing rooms, broken lockers, broken bikes, rowing machines, and back row machine (all 8+ months broken). Awful management.

Negative experience: No care to broken machines, staff doesn’t care and even when asked do not even put out sign that the cables are broken. The council need to re-allocate the licence

Negative experience: Sauna area very dirty. Two stars too much.

Negative experience: 1. Rubbish website and app 2. They don't answer the phone. Ever. 3. They only have 3 family swim sessions per week for 50 minutes each and only 16+ allowed in at other times. How can we teach water safety and swimming to young people? It's supposed to be a facility for the whole community.

Negative experience: Unusable online booking system

Negative experience: Gym is a disgrace. The place is filthy and machines break left right and centre - left for months on end. Just get away with it cause there’s no other gym in Herne Hill.

Negative experience: Needs a deep clean. Machines often broken. One particular member of staff is often rude to customers. Spa is often broken and if it’s working it’s gross. Would like to join a different gym but unfortunately it’s pretty much the only gym in Herne Hill.

Negative experience: This gym only survives because there's no competition in Herne Hill. The equipment is old, incomplete and even torn. Opening hours are ridiculous. They close at 17:30h on Fridays and very early on Saturdays. Toilets are smelling, and treadmills are often not working. And they are not cheap!! £41 a month. Buy a bike and cycle to the next neighbourhood.

Negative experience: Friendly staff and great location but machines go too long before getting fixed (over the past few months there has been a broken weights machine, broken rowing machine, two broken monitors, broken step machine, broken treadmill). The whole place could also do with a deep clean and better (some) ventilation.
