Negative experience: I made an appointment to have an induction session so that I can start to use the gym in my building managed by this company. The stuff texted me by his private number the night before our appointment to move the session from morning to afternoon which already passed the late reschedule or cancellation period according to their website(i.e.If I cancel or reschedule this late, they will not refund me for £35) When it comes to our rescheduled session, the stuff called me and said he needs me to wait him for another 1 hour because his train was delayed or something. His attitude was also bad and not polite at all when asked me to wait for a hour. It ridiculous unprofessional. I need to use the gym so I have no choice to take this induction session with them. More funny thing is this stuff call himself Master XXX when texting me. Are you serious of this title? Do avoid this company if you can. Terrible customer services.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful facility with state-of-the-art equipment. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I try to go to as many classes as I can and could not recommend enough!

Negative experience: Greedy company that took over our building's spa service. Dropped maintenance levels to zero, removed a number of services, started charging for access to treatment rooms previously free (after all tenants are already paying for this through service changes), and never respond to emails. Unfortunately the building didn't consult or even inform tenants of the change. Pretty disgusted by them.

Negative experience: Dirty, disgusting gyms. Broken equipment, lazy staff. Don’t bother.
