Gymfinity Kids

Negative experience: Unfortunately the gym got worse over the last months. Teachers can’t be bothered to teach and very often they look at their phones. My kids were in a class way too easy for their level. I have asked many times to update their account but nothing has been done. I moved them to another gym and already one of them is in the squad. This place needs someone with real passion for gymnastic.

Fantastic experience: Wow, amazing facilities and incredibly kind staff (encouraging coaches and kind and helpful reception staff). Thank you so much My daughter absolutely loves it, we travel an hour each way to get here but it’s worth it! Wish you had branches in North London as well.

Negative experience: We tried a free taster session for the preschool 3 to 4 year old class. Honestly, it was super disorganised with parents and kids everywhere. The teacher tried to get my 3.5 year old son to warm up with other kids about 2 to 3 times his age. No one there was in his age group. He could not cope with this set up. Far too busy and stimulating and no structure for the age group they are apparently targeting. What was described online for this class is absolutely not what unfolded. I was hoping to host his 4 year old birthday party here, but after this experience I would not recommend it for the age group.

Negative experience: Disappointing customer service - beware they do offer promotional codes but cannot support if you missed to add this to your account. Computer says no situation! Otherwise, I do think the gym has been good for both my 4 + 5yr old over the years... and its a great activity for the colder months.

Negative experience: really disappointing - my son moved from one group to another and didn't enjoy it so we decided to cancel, but didn't make a fuss as he had mostly enjoyed his time and had just grown out of it. We tried to cancel in person but as they were busy they told us to do it online. We tried to cancel online and the convoluted process looked like it had cancelled (stating "to be removed" in red) but it turns out until you fill in the questionnaire afterwards it wont actually cancel (!?!) so a further months fees were taken out of our account. I tried to resolve it amicably with them over email but they were resolute that they would not help. Looking at trip advisor all i see now is complaints about their poor customer service and money grabbing ethos... its a real shame. RBS are now in the process of getting the money back for me

Negative experience: Signed my daughter for a trial advanced class. The trainer sat watching her phone and writing something the whole time in the corner. Absolutely disappointing! We really wanted to sign up for twice a week. But we are not going to do it. Really unprofessional!

Negative experience: The actual service is decent and staff on the ground do a good job looking after the kids. But the admin and website are bad and cancellation service misleading.

Negative experience: VERY busy classes; not a customer-centered company. Some staff not really engaged. It's ok.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Attended 1 day Easter Camp in April 2024. Started off with a movie watch. 3 staff members, consistently on their mobile phone texting. Unable to give the kids instructions and organise them. Started off with a game, dance then sit until out, I timed, this lasted for 30 minutes. No discipline. Number of girls misbehaving, took over controls of music on/off, staff sat on their phone (staff, 16 years old one, texting, then running in/out, shouting "my friend just passed her driving test", another replying "thought she is texting her boyfriend". This is while you have about 30 kids in front of you. Safeguarding needs to be considered. Many kids consistently ran in and out to their lockers/toilets, staff would not have known as paying little attention. So disappointing because facilities are excellent but in place staff not trained to work with children (or anyone). Reception desk most of the time was unmanaged, staff sat on their phones at the desks eating crisps/chocolate. Another safeguarding concern, as the kids left the arena, staff were not there to make sure each child is being collected by the parent/carer. If this place has an actual owner that cares about having a successful business with happy customers and provide the services advertised, seriously take a closer look at your staff. I will never come here again or recommend this for safety concerns being the prime reason.

Negative experience: It used to teach gymnastics, but now it is just a commercial. Gymfinity gives the first lesson for free, then gives a new child STAR OF THE WEEK to register with them. Very dirty place, dogs, buggy, babies play on the mud floor, people push when it pick up time to be in front. Five toilets are always messy, and some of them are locked. Instructors are another story; one tells you to move your child up, and next week, another instructor tells you to move your child down, so one week up and one week down. no improvement. They are excellent at the first level, just beginners. There is no progress after the first level.

Negative experience: My daughter had a party there this weekend and it felt like it was an inconvenience to the staff, 7/8 members of staff 4 of which sat in their office with feet up the 3 on the gym floor were just lounging in the Corners. They are only in the gym for an hour and there was very little involvement with the staff - kids just left to run around with a huge - actually thought it was quite dangerous.

Negative experience: Awful experience. Attended for a trial, was utter chaos with children and parents when we arrived. Daughter was excited to learn something new but the instructor Yasmin paid her no attention the entire session, even when I could see my daughter asking for help. There were 6 children in the class and she focused on 2 younger kids, which was a complete waste of time for us. Complained to the manager (who is absolutely lovely) and she raised this with Yasmin for me. She then came over and was highly defensive/rude, but I received no apology whatsoever which is very unprofessional and immature of her. I rebooked a trial with another teacher, but my daughter said she did not want to go back and would rather go to LAGAD (who were excellent but more expensive). While I saw other instructors who were great at teaching and paid attention to each individual, I’d recommend you stay and watch the whole session before committing.

Fantastic experience: Great layout, easier to access than I first thought, helpful staff.

Fantastic experience: Been coming back here with my kids for gymnastic class session.the place is an ideal spot to develop and discover child's skills in many special ways they can.the place is located 1st floor in sainsbury in front of southside shopping center in wandsworth you can't missed it. I sign up for a membership which will be provided with an access card.the price is very affordable and charge is just taken per session which is flexible because you can use it only your availability to join your kids.the place is complete with dressing room,toilets and cafe for basic needs.and place where parents can seat and wait.the staff are all professionals and can assist you when in need.

Positive experience: Not allowing rescheduling and not offering make up classes. With the price of the classes being high, it is pretty bad if children can't make it a given day. Gymfinity created lots of policies benefiting just gymfinity and not with their clients in mind. Also, there's lots of time of waiting around during the classes, so sometimes not sure how much gymnastics the children really do. I've had my two daughters enrolled for 2 years and I had a few disappointing experiences with them, mainly because of their own make up policies.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't speak highly enough of the team at Gymfinity Wandsworth! Both my son (Ninja/parkour skills) and daughter (Gymnastics) have been going for 2+ years now and they absolutely love it! Really well run and with the right amount of challenge that keeps them progressing - a great example being my daughter having just completed her first proper competition as part of their floor & vault squad ☺️

Fantastic experience: Both my daughter (9) and son (6) have been attending classes at the Gymfinity Wandsworth for over 2 years now. Both absolutely love going as the facility is run by energetic & charismatic young, professionals who seemingly just want all kids to improve and have fun. Lots of different choices of classes available to suit all ages, abilities and passions. Couldn't recommend Gymfinity any more highly as I have seen both children grow and improve on many levels over their time attending.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful gymnastics club which is incredibly friendly and encouraging and supports all the children whatever their ability. My daughter has been attending for over two years now and she absolutely loves Gymfinity and views her squad like family! Elin, Megan, Nora, Marx and all the coaches are incredibly attentive, supportive and approachable and while they push the children to achieve, they also make it fun. Would definitely recommend this club to one and all

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been coming to Gymfinity Kids Wandsworth for over a year now . She absolutely love it ! She has progressed so much for that year , she can do back bend , hand stand , splits . She has become so flexible it is actually amazing to see. She has never done gymnastics before but definitely developed love for it and wants to do more and more . Her coach is Ruby . Ruby has been so nice and supportive. Everyone here is very welcoming and happy to help. The equipment is also great and the place is very clean and tidy .

Fantastic experience: My kids enjoy a lot their gymnastics classes and better of all have lots of fun with their wonderful coaches.

Positive experience: A well equipped and very friendly place, however if your child wants to be a gymnast you should find a professional club.

Fantastic experience: My charges who are three year old twin boys have been coming to gymfinity for a while and absolutely love it. The space is packed out with real gym equipment so suited for all ages and different needs, great place for them to explore and tests limits while keeping safe. The teachers are kind and fun and deliver great lessons teaching a variety of physical skills. As a nanny this is one of the best classes I’ve taken any of my charges to!

Fantastic experience: We had my daughter's 5th birthday party at Gymfinity Wandsworth and highly recommend it. Staff were fantastic-enthusiastic and kind to the kids as well as being very efficient. Alfie in particular really made the party amazing. He was so charismatic and organised games and activities for the kids -he got the balance and choice of games just right and all of the parents commented on what a great job he did. For my husband and I it was great to have him in charge so that we could relax. Our 2 kids have both done also done pre-school gym classes there and loved them. The coaches are great (Ruby and Megan in particular), really make it fun for the kids and can see from the older ones that they teach to a very high level.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been attending gymnastics classes at Gymfinity Wandsworth for over a year and absolutely loves it. Even at the end of a long week she is always buzzing and enthusiastic about her class. She also did a summer camp here and her birthday party and all were great. Would definitely recommend. Your child does not need to be super flexible, kids are just developed in line with their own potential.

Fantastic experience: The girls I nanny absolutely love gymfinity. The teachers are really good with the kids providing them with a safe environment. After every lesson they have a list of the new skills they’ve learnt.

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old had a really enjoyable and memorable birthday party here with his friends. The team were all great, making sure we had everything we needed and led some really fun activities. Everyone said how much fun they had.

Fantastic experience: The girls hosted my son’s 6th birthday party and he and all his friends love the day as well as the girls showing them their mad skills I would 100% recommended as a party venue it was clean and the girls were amazing with the kids and even gave some special treatment to a few younger siblings that also attended. The most stressFree party I have ever had!!!! My son is also at the ninja nights every week and is so engaged and loves the skills he is learning, great value for money and well with it !! The only down side is now my son wants to convert our lounge into a ninja course parents beware

Fantastic experience: My daughter absolutely loves coming to gymfinity kids in Wandsworth. She is so happy knowing its gymnastics day! The teachers have been amazing with her showing and helping her learn new skills which she has now learnt and is confident to use them in class sessions. my daughter loves showing how she can flip around the bars do a crab and kartwheel she is so very proud of this and this is all down to gymfinity kids so thank you so much for all that you are doing you are amazing!

Fantastic experience: My girls love it at gymfinity. All the coaches are absolutely amazing especially Elin, Megan, Nora and Marc’s they really go above and beyond for all the children. They are so encouraging and supportive to the children. My girls have come so far since starting here with their skills and confidence. The club is very clean and never had any issues with communication there’s always someone around to talk to. I would definitely recommend to anyone

Negative experience: Automatic billing. I signed my son up, I paid the monthly fee, he did 4 session and decided he preferred Ninja Knights. I was unaware that they keep billing you… there’s no opt in, it’s just automatic. So when I didn’t show up for 2 weeks someone from the branch called to asked if I was coming back, I explained and she said that’s fine I’ll cancel you payment. 2 months later I’ve been charged for the last 2 months… I emailed them to explain and ask for a refund for the months after I spoke to the staff and all I got was quotes from terms and they couldn’t refund me… They are very polite while simultaneously offering no solution.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been coming to gymfinity for the past year and a half now. She’s due to move up to the next group and loves it. It’s massively helped with her attention too! Also there’s loads of different class times to suit your needs and all of the staff are lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great centre that helps children reach their potential . The staff are so lovely & really know how to handle any situation especially with the younger children . One of the coaches Ruby is fantastic & the children love coming every week to see her.

Fantastic experience: My daughter started gymnastics classes here at the beginning of the year. She absolutely loves it! At the end of her class, each week she comes away happy and proud of herself, she’s learnt lots of new skills that she loves to practice at home too. Her teacher Marx is great! My daughter really likes him and from what I can see while watching the classes all the teachers are really good at praising the children and encouraging them to try new skills. I love that they get split into small groups and each week they have the same teacher, it’s consistent and I feel that it really benefits the children. At the end of class each teacher gives a certificate to a child in their group, and whenever my daughter had gotten one she always comes out beaming! I’d really recommend joining Gymfinity Kids because they have a fun approach to teaching gymnastics and offer other bits such as birthday parties that I’m thinking of doing for my daughter for her birthday later this year.

Negative experience: High prices I agree.

Negative experience: High prices and lot of dust because of nearby site construction. Considering other personnel would be a plus too!

Fantastic experience: The most amazing thing there is the staff! Elin, Nora, Megan, Emma and everyone else is just amazing. I have 3 children attending gymnastics and Ninja classes, my two daughters are in the development squad with Nora and Elin and they just love it so much! The coaches know how to motivate the children but at the same time ensuring they have lots and lots of fun! If you have a child that was put off in the past by strict gymnastics coaches/clubs this is the right place as they learn but in a nurturing and fun environment! The coaches truly care about each one of my children, they always have the best time and formed such a strong bond with their coaches and squad mates, the atmosphere is just so lovely! Ps. Birthday parties are also outstanding as well!

Positive experience: Our little one joined when they opened and has been going ever since. She enjoys the gymnastics lessons, coaches are friendly and approachable. They also run Ninja sessions, which seems popular with the boys. They also do party packages, which we were looking into, but lockdowns had put them on hold. Looking to perhaps look at booking for next year's birthday.

Fantastic experience: Really well managed and the staff are really helpful.

Negative experience: Received a ticket for parking my car in the car park next to Gymfinity without paying (MY FAULT). When I asked for the gym's support in trying to have it rescinded, the employee I spoke to kindly offered to help. Weeks later when I called them for an update, they denied all knowledge of my call and the ticket by then had increased by £100.

Negative experience: Looks fantastic but nobody answers the phone. It's very strange, I tried calling all day and it doesn't even go to an answer machine.

Fantastic experience: Great place

Negative experience: I am a parent and have witnessed a gymnastic coach's conduct hostile and unprofessional with children for the holiday camp. The coach who conducted the camp was shouting and stopping the class frequently, not making it a proper learning experience for children. The duration of the class was with lights off. I do not know the same of the coach however her description are as followers: false eyelashes 20's and mixed race. I have informed this with safe guarding services.

Negative experience: Disgusting experience. Booked 4 classes online for my daughter for her summer vacation. Didn't realize its membership kind of thing which will be renewed every month by itself. After completing 4 classes, money got debited from my account. Ealizing late, When I connected with them after two weeks, they declined to refund the money on repeatedly request. Also when I asked if my daughter can attend 4 classes in the coming two weeks, they declined to it as well. No consideration of anything. Whole money gone waste.

Fantastic experience: I signed up my 3 year old and he has now taken part in two sessions and loves it. There is no pressure for the kids to master any of the demonstrated skills and they are gently encouraged by the coaches who take the time to give easy to understand advice. Not that my 3 year old listens properly but his enthusiasm is 10/10. As an added bonus, I have guaranteed to be exhausted threenager by 3pm so once we've popped into Sainsbury's for a salad bowl to share with some prawns. He's much calmer than before he started - and every other day of the week - so I can work for a few hours without worrying if he's practicing for a future job as either a daredevil, a stunt double or a crash dummy.

Fantastic experience: Really great for kids. They have lots of gymnastic and ninja classes taking place throughout the day. The facilities are fantastic and class sizes kept small. They're taking Covid precautions very seriously with constant sanitising of the equipment and areas. Very impressed.
