Negative experience: Could be nice. The pool was very cold, the jacuzzi didn't work, the lighting was terrible, the change room was outdated, and the lockers didn't work. The whole place could do with a make-over.

Negative experience: Utterly useless. Called about 26 times and emailed - spoke to a number of people who all told me completely different things. Avoid this complete shambles and money trap.
