Fantastic experience: Easily the best gp surgery I’ve been to, was seen by dr Aziz who was efficient, kind and excellent, I’ve recommended all my family see him going forward

Positive experience: Impressive horse statues. Nice clean area. ABIT of the beaten path, but nice to visit. Good coffee shops and restaurants in the area

Negative experience: The worst medical practice. Its being run by lazy amateurs that are on their phones all day.

Negative experience: It’s a nice area to live in, however can we just speak about the disgusting amount of dog mess, stains and dog urine on every single pole from the moment you enter the area? It’s revolting. You cannot keep your eyes off the floor incase you step on dogs mess or urine. Can all apartments from Goodmans field start making it an everyday routine to jet wash the floors, poles, concrete seating area. It starts from the sides of Premier Inn all the way up to Goodmans field GP surgery. Residents pay service charge for the outsides of the building too. If you aren’t going to build a dog park for the 10000s of dogs in this area to do their mess. It can atleast be cleaned up properly. Even round by the horses and restaurants by Amazon fresh. Dog mess or stains everywhere. Disgusting.

Positive experience: Area with residence and some restaurants. there is also a big asian grocery store located there. nice place for you to walk your dogs and cats, and small children to play around in the area

Negative experience: Worst property management，PM fee here is much higher than we expected. But When the elevators wouldn’t work，no one charge with that, even None of elevators are available. And it happened several times this year.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE the chilled vibe of this development - a refreshing change from hectic city life. It's a regular hangout for food and cocktails when I'm meeting the girls. Amazon Fresh has made life so convenient, as I can collect my shopping on the way home too.
