Everlast Gyms - Kings Heath: Opinions
Negative experience: Well, I have a membership here, and the main thing that keeps me returning here, are the members, some of the reception staff (Aman, Gulam) and most definitely, the fitness Manager Louie (who I feel is more like the main manager). The overall hygiene standards here, are beyond poor. There's endless items of broken equipment. No actual cleaning rota and a desperate need for some kind of code of conduct. All of the above aside, it's the most welcoming, and family orientated gym, I know of. I see that a few staff members, really do go above and beyond, to make the gym experience, something special.
Negative experience: Sorely in need of a refresh. Pool is not as clean as one would expect.
Negative experience: Make sure you bring a BIG FULL water bottle with you as there are NO WATER STATIONS
Fantastic experience: I have been going for nearly 3 months now and always found the staff polite and helpful, especially when i had problems with the new padlock for my locker on my first visit. For the price of £20, which included sauna, steam room and swimming pool which can get busy. Yes some equipment in the gym needs repairing but the atmosphere is good. The steam room and sauna can get busy because people know its good for health benefits. For me joining a gym again since 2007 has benefited me as I am enjoying it. Close to home and i can schedule my time and days. Thank you
Negative experience: I've been a member at this gym for almost 10 years, it certainly has its bad parts but there is a few good things that I do enjoy, its local, concveinant, simple and cheap, lets be honest, it's never going to be 5 star gym, you pay what you get, it's more of a social gym and there certainly some good members that you can interact with, I've read most of the other reviews before posting mine and I certainly have to agree with the negativity as they are valid remarks and i can relate to having had first hand experience, the gym most definitely needs a total refurbishment throughout in particular the outdated changing rooms/toilets, shower areas, no drainage area in swimming pool area dirty water gets swepped in, thus very concerning and alarming, and i can add more to this list, the staff could do with some training in all honesty as they do lack genuine people and communication skills, things are sadly brushed under the carpet when your reporting some faulty issues, for example, for the past 3 months, there are several damaged and loose floor tiles in a mens cubile which can cause serious injury, despite being obvious and picked up by staff and further highlighted to staff in person raising concerns no measuers have been put in place, I have a catalogue of other concerns and genuine improvements urgently required to make this gym a much better and vibrant place which it has potential in the right hands.
Negative experience: not clean, terrible customer service. place.is a mess but has some good class instructors.
Negative experience: Disappointed in the way things are at this gym. Men constantly lounging around the pool area perversely watching women and children swimming - disgusting. A friend stopped taking her grandson as she was so appalled by the men watching her and her grandson. She said it was one thing watching women but children as well - just totally unacceptable. There’s no need for lounges at one end of the pool these are totally unnecessary. It’s not like it’s a fancy posh gym or anything. The machines don’t work most of the time. The good thing are classes but these are being cancelled last minute. Lots of classes that were available are no longer on the timetable. Only 2 spin cycle classes a week. I’m going to look at getting my money back. AVOID AVOID!
Negative experience: Extremely poor service. Raised several complaints and never acknowledged or addressed. Mainly the classes are done by women and no one cares about what they want to do. If 1 trainer is off then the other one should be scheduled but no you get a call 30 mins to 1 hrs to advise that class is cancelled but sometimes people are on route and think what they can do. The gym in the ladies is broken for over 12-15 months and nothing done about it. When you want to go to sauna or steam room the men are lurking and staring at you which puts you off and the staff don't even bother and have no customers service skill. I think this place either needs to be sorted if not then closed.paying £25 on a monthly basis and unable to use the facility then what's the point
Negative experience: Joined for a 12 month contract and CANCELLED after my first session, saw a used razor blade on the floor in the showers, equipment outdated but functional, mirrors on walls were cracked not sure about now. Was not impressed, they should maybe make the gym more premium/charge more and update the gym.
Positive experience: Good gym but its not worth the price. Pool goes to maintenance every now and then and half of the gym equipment is not working. Those deemed as working do not work properly. The gym needs refurbishment .
Negative experience: Shockingly bad, small, dirty, outdated, smelly place. Most lockers are broken or faulty, you are likely to get splinters from changing room benches, toilets filthy and stink. Filthy smelly showers which stay on for 5 seconds if you are lucky and cannot be adjusted for temperature. Unprofessional staff, many rude, unhygienic members with a total lack of manners and gym etiquette. Any issues which are frequent are dealt with unprofessionally by staff or not dealt with at all. Only worth going here at opening time otherwise you will leave feeling more stressed than when you arrived. The recent improvements are a start but still leave much to be desired. A shame because the location is very convenient. Needs serious improvements all round before I would ever consider going here again. Avoid
Fantastic experience: Excellent Gym. Very Nice Staff. Lovely lady at The Health Bar. Amar At Reception Top Lad and the Rest Staff Lovely People. What A Gym. You pay For what you get, and its a great price for every thing from Gym Sauna Steam Yoga Classes. Abosulty A Great place. Lovely members aswell. Every one who uses this Gym are Great And respectful. Highly Recommended.
Fantastic experience: Loved it. Amazing experience well equipped gym. Swimming pool and steam room addition really makes it worth the bucks.
Negative experience: In Kings Heath, Birmingham branch: Women members interests are ignored and their concerns are dismissed. Exercise classes predominantly attended by women have been cancelled with no consultation. Women are leered at in swimming pool and sauna by groups of men left unchecked by club staff. Poorly maintained equipment is not addressed and club app is very hard to use.
Negative experience: Joined the gym In may 2024 and was a member they for 2 months. VERY DISAPPOINTING with the gym facilities and equipment. Alit of the equipment is very old and alot of dumbbell weights are missing, the suna and steam rooms ant the best aswell and mostly out of order lol. Had my car hit in yhe car park and by trainers stolen from the changing room and reported both incidents and got NO HELP at all from the staff. I have cancelled mu membership they and join another gym
Negative experience: Local gym, £20 a month isn't bad. The main gym is good and the other gym members are friendly. There is a nice atmosphere. The pool and steam room are nice especially on less crowded days. HOWEVER. The women's gym is awful with mainly broken equipment. The staff are frankly rude. I just walked in and neither men in the reception desk acknowledged me. In fact one of them was scowling and staring down. No "hello" or "thank you", nothing like that. Not even eye contact. What does a bit of customer service cost? If there was another gym with similar facilities in my local area, I'd go there instead. I'm sick of the poor customer service and rude staff. I hope one of the managers is reading this and takes action!
Positive experience: Nice place has all you need weights, running machine, pool, sauna and steam room. BUT....... This place could do with refurbishments, lockers, hair dryer, broken. whearlpool, tiles around need fixing. sauna & stemroom needs a good clean it smells. Pool also needs cleaning. Changing rooms need regular cleaning and inspection. Weight room, need wipes or blue rolls to clean after each customer uses, the rolls/wipes have been removed. That's it for now.
Negative experience: Me personally I’ll never want to come here came here looking to swim with my partner and was told it was out use as something being done to it which is fine if was on your website Not only that we was walking to only be approached aggressively by some guy asking if we was leaving so he could jump in the disability parking which he wasn’t disabled it’s an actual joke The disability parking it’s not designed for the disability people they have to make this company look better than what they are they actually don’t care about the disability When they don’t care if your disabled or not parking their if your disabled me personally I would stay away plus that guy who approached us was to aggressive for my liking The staff seemed nice and friendly tho but I’m sorry you got thugs at this place and people are disrespectful abusing disabled parking get it sorted
Positive experience: It's good place for exercises. But I couldn't understand why their jacousy never work.
Negative experience: Went to look at the gym as I'm trying to find the right place for me. I'm a wheelchair user and I was interested in the fact they mention being accessible with the option to bring a carer. Firstly before I was shown the gym the man at the counter was trying to sign me up. I had to insist on a tour. He took me to the women's gym, I didn't go in and said to my carer it wouldn't be an option as it's too tight to get around and I have a male carer. The man showing me around suggested I park my chair and walk. No discussion of my abilities. We went to the lift to go up to the gym. He was confused about how to operate it and I ended up having to do it, however he held the ground button whilst I held the 1 button and it broke the lift. Coming down afterwards he held both buttons himself. I found the gym very tight to get around, again he suggested leaving my chair and even showed me the treadmills. I asked him if anyone has experience in disability, he said no and again said I could bring someone with me. I'm not happy to put myself in someone else's hands when they're not experienced and I wouldn't trust that to my carer. He pointed out the women's changing and I asked if it was accessible, he said no and showed me the accessible change. It is very tight and I would be concerned about my chair getting wet in there. We saw the pool from the window. It has very narrow paths around it, there is no lower entrance or hoist. I was told that I could leave my chair in the corner, again no thought about if I can walk that far. Afterwards he tried to sign me up immediately again but I wasn't happy with what I'd seen and said I would need to think about it.
Positive experience: Classes are great but the women's area is awful, really needs a proper clean and some basic maintenance done in there. Also, the equipment is sketchy.
Positive experience: It's ok could be better with some new equipment as its outdated now
Negative experience: Come on guys if it you open at 6am bank holiday Monday then that's the time you should open otherwise put a note on the front and back door, I'm really cheesed off cheers
Negative experience: I’m currently a member, only because it’s the closest gym to me with a women’s only section. Most of the machines in the womens section are broken and it’s a very cramped space. There are better places for a similar price range of £20 a month or even less, however they are further from me.
Negative experience: This place is in dire need of some cleaning, maintenance and a refurbishment. Cloudy pool with green and black filth visible on the tiles. Jacuzzi has been out of action for 5 years. Gym looks grubby. Changing rooms functional but dilapidated.
Fantastic experience: A one stop location for all your work out and fitness needs in the heart of Kings Heath.
Positive experience: Good value for money. Never too busy so plenty of space. Good class selection. Could be a bit cleaner
Negative experience: SPORTS DIRECT a real shame to your brand-name. This place is old and tatty. never been changed since the old LA Fitness left 10 to 15 years ago. Showers are appalling and only run for 3 to 5 seconds until you have to push the button again. The changing rooms have dilapidated and skin off worktops and other fixtures and fittings have peeled off, hairdryers never work. Upstairs in the gym, the machines are very old. Most of them have got “out of use written on them”. Appalling place would not recommend anyone or rejoin after membership expires
Negative experience: For £20 a month…it’s disrespectful for the members. The woman’s area - is terrible, 2 machines now do not work in there and haven’t been bothered to fix it, no leg press in there for the woman to use instead of using it upstairs. I’d think the females would appreciate the effort to the room as I only go upstairs for the leg press machine. There’s not even a rowing machine for the woman downstairs and only two upstairs? Upstairs, this facility don’t even have a Steps Machine? Very outdated and needs updated equipment. For £20 a month, I do expect more. The swimming area - they don’t have their hot tub anymore running - fair enough - you queue to use the sauna and steam, waiting game. The money this gym has saved by not having the hot tub should put use and update their machines, or even purchase a leg step machine? But having one brand new machine with all the outdated… this is the only gym I know in the UK that does not have this machine…change up needed. So outdated, such a shame the management or above do not care about this humans for the loyal members that have been here for years and would expect an upgrade by now. Also, no chance parking at peak times and then it’s on residential area, makes it not worth even attending. Thinking of leaving for good soon as gym is a place to help the wellbeing and it’s awful. Makes you not even want to even go there at times.
Fantastic experience: Love it here. The classes are really fun and have so much variety! Small pool and all the equipment you need. Shout out to Haashim and Loui for making the place special and help out! There’s something for everyone of any age
Positive experience: Overall good gym. Sauna & steam room is always packed however the gym is spacious and equipment is generally available.
Negative experience: I don’t even feel like giving 1 start one of the dirtiest gym I have ever been to the cleaners in the gym don’t even clean thing properly all machines are so so dirty and now I’m stuck in contract and can’t even leave which is so so unfair last night wen I went in treadmill was so dirty I have to clean myself even cleaning clothes was not clean people please don’t join this gym
Negative experience: Doesn’t even worth star, wasting money by being membership of here. When was trying cancel my membership they didn’t and each month they reduced from my direct debit even I called them and cancelled multiple times and am not using for ages!!!
Positive experience: Nice staff and facilities but Not clean
Negative experience: Went there 20mins before it closes .. doors where locked couldn't get in.
Negative experience: The amount of trouble I had with this gym was ridiculous. I couldn't re-join online so I went in person. I was told I was entitled to the re-join membership offer and I paid for the first month and provided my direct debit details. When I went to visit the gym they told me my direct debit details were wrong and then they set it up again. However, the staff member who set up the direct debit did not apply the re-join offer despite telling me they had. They then tried to deduct the wrong amount from my account. I emailed the gym, no response. I called and the staff at the gym said they would resolve it and call me back but they did not call me and have not yet responded to my email. Head Office responded to my email and said I joined under a one month full price membership but I didn't set up my membership - it was their staff who did and apparently did so incorrectly. Head Office then said I was no longer entitled to the re-join offer because it had expired. Very poor administrative service and the staff working at King's Heath promise they will fix things for you and they don't. I was also never able to get the Everlast app to work either and despite being told Head Office would sort it, they did not. Honestly not worth the hassle, go somewhere else.
Fantastic experience: Very good place has suna guys steam room and swimming pool very good for the price £20 a month .
Negative experience: Haven't had membership here for years and then last week they took a direct debit out of my account! I will be reporting them to my Bank's fraud squad.
Negative experience: Poor customer service, they reply after ages. I froze my membership, they still deducted the full amount for the month. They say it is after cut off time than why my membership dashboard shows it as frozen.
Fantastic experience: Great
Negative experience: Had lots of bad experiences in the pool, a friend of mine was also physically assaulted. The staff don't take complaints seriously
Positive experience: Decent gym. Just put of by the process of being charged to freeze and cancel memberships.
Positive experience: I only use the pool, which is convenient, clean and cheap with membership. Only 18m long but facilities are good.
Positive experience: Price excellent but could do with the follow8ng upgrades. More private changing rooms Lockers need fixing half are broke. Chacczzi broke. Need more fresh air in the place stinks some times. Other than that for what you pay its good. Also could do with it being 24hours open.
Negative experience: The many bad reviews are justified. The gym is awful shape. There are smashed mirrors in public areas. The equipment is very old and worn (rips in seats etc). By far the worst gym i have ever been in
Negative experience: Awful Jacuzzi doesn't work Good price if it actually worked Quite dirty and the pool is cold
Positive experience: Need to find out about swimming there like any lifeguards
Negative experience: I have been a member since 2001, over the last 5 years this place has gone downhill, rude staff , who lack knowledge, people skills and just all round common sense. The swimming areas is unhealthy and crowded with men at all times who are too busy with having meetings in the pool and not actually swimming. When you complain to the manager she is submissive and rude. You need to sort this place out CEO. Before you are forced to close,…
Fantastic experience: Nice 18m pool great value gor 20 quid a month
Positive experience: Would be the absolute perfect gym if it had longer hours , preferably 247
Negative experience: No privacy to get changed in the changing rooms the doors in there don't open. The jacuzzi doesn't work and the sauna and swimming pool is dirty
Fantastic experience: Friendly good manager and plenty equipment and helpful staff also cleaning environment
Negative experience: Wasn't aware that phones were allowed on poolside...single women trying to get into a sauna/steam room isn't happening as it's full of men..and I Mean full..for ages, swimming in Tshirt and denim shorts.? What's that all about..
Fantastic experience: Staff are very friendly and helpful
Positive experience: Ok gym, sauna and steam room the best. gym needs a refurb The 6 months cancel period is a scam
Negative experience: Horrible
Negative experience: Genuinely think this gym wouldn’t look out of place in a post-apocalyptic event. This is in no way a reflection of the management of the gym, but the place stinks of Mike Ashley under investment. Barely anything worked, members complaining that nothing has been fixed in years and that they’d rather spend their monthly fee on some elf bars because they’d probably get more of a health benefit. The steam room actually stung my eyes, I’m not sure if this is because the filter hasn’t been cleaned in years or if the room is actually just stuck on one setting and if anyone tampers with it then it could potentially cause a wormhole in space and time itself. There’s passive aggressive notes plastered all over the locker rooms. Locker rooms felt more like an meeting place in Gotham. Again, just to reiterate, I’m sure management would love to fix these issues but Mike Ashley needs to pull his finger out of his P&L
Positive experience: Very nyc gym suitable price gd staff ghulam is best and helpful staff
Fantastic experience: Very good gym very brilliant staff clean gym very nice members best place ever and service too
Positive experience: for the price, the makings of this gym are the brilliant classes; in particular the Pilates conducted by Rose. Then the pool, steam and sauna....fantastic. Staff are professional and friendly. downside sadly is the gym weights and machines.....they have seen better days.
Negative experience: Air conditioning never works of late,so the upstairs is way too warm and nothing happens despite mentioning it repeatedly. Equipment always in state of breaking or being unreliable, dirty and v old equipment, not replaced in years. Barbells lose their ends, the nuts in dumbbells are loose. It's cheap and often empty because of the poor quality so that's one benefit. Staff friendly enough, so review not related to them in any way.
Negative experience: Lack of investment. It is quite old. Doesn’t give the feeling of family-space as all the customers when we visited were middle age men
Negative experience: Always filthy. The treadmills could do with a proper clean especially around the cup holders. Treadmills are falling to bits with holes and bits missing. People walk around in flip flops especially around loose weights area. No health and safety at all. The place needs closing down. NOT FIT FOR USE
Positive experience: Equipment is quite tightly positioned. Plenty of cleaning materials available but few users actually clean up. Decent pool and sauna. Also have regular classes. Free parking. Good value for £20pm
Negative experience: Another person has left gym because of the manager place is absolutely disappointing since she become manager she’s very unprofessional once she has mention she doesn’t like children then when I have brought my children on Sunday swimming session as soon as I went thru the door she stopped me saying with face expression that I won’t even describe you know they only have half an hour left which I was fully aware if she loved kids or had any companion for them she would know they don’t care how long they been there as long as they have been for a swim my children felt unwelcome by her
Positive experience: I just wish there was a way of telling if the Swimming pool is full of people before arriving. Sometimes it's great! And there's almost no one. Sometimes there's 6 people, which means it's full. For those of us who have to travel quite far to get in it's difficult to know if the journey is worth it.
Negative experience: The manager of the gym is absolute nightmare speaks bad to customer and has no manners I have filed formal complaint about her since she became manager gym is dirty equipments are often out of order and pool water is absolutely horrible it’s beyond joke don’t choose this gym it’s a nightmare not with this manager
Negative experience: Needs to be refurbished big time! I’m not sure what they’re doing with all the money through membership but the gym lacks in good, up-to-date equipment. Don’t even get me started on the state of the showers.... I bet prison has better showering conditions than this gym. Most of the staff and fitness instructors are lovely though and it’s a shame for them that they have to deal with the moaning but if you pay money towards something then there’s a level of service expected. So stop making huge Sports Direct stores (like the new one near Waterstones in Birmingham city centre) and sort out your existing places! Show your customers some respect and stop making your products and places look trashy!
Positive experience: If you're using the swimming pool this place is pretty good, not bad price and well located. Sauna and steam room are ok, spa pool is barely ever open. If you're just interested in the gym then I'd spend your money elsewhere like the Gym Group down the road. Complete lack of investment means it's stuck in the 90s and machines are frequently broken, the free weights barely have the weight on them so you can't see what they are. They also took out the water fountains which is frustrating.
Fantastic experience: Nice place
Fantastic experience: Amazing gym love the fact there's a pool. Staff are soo helpful and polite. Love the facilities will deffo be going again
Negative experience: Honestly this gym is just appalling and it has always been bad. The equipment is often out of use entirely or feels on the verge of breaking. Some of the machines appear to be held together by duct tape and the free weights are never in the right place and are an assortments of brands so it's hard to see which is which. They really could use someone on the gym floor just going around keeping things organised because it's a complete mess all of the time. Additionally, they removed the water dispensers in the gym during Covid and when I asked if I could fill up my water bottle, the staff told me to use the tap in the changing rooms which is exclusively a hot tap. I'm not sure if this is legal but it is certainly unsafe and unhygienic. The classes are the only redeeming feature of the gym but even they are still hampered by the shoddy equipment at the gym, they are only good because the instructors are good. This facility feels like it's needed investment for about a decade even pre-dating Sports Direct taking over. It feels like a gym stuck in the 90's. Either Sports Direct need to put money into making this gym in line with what you'd expect from a gym in 2022 or they need to sell it to someone who does. I would recommend joining Cocks Moors Leisure or The Gym until that happens.
Negative experience: This place is very shabby .locker rooms old and broken .husband had a problem trying to lock his locker sauna not working and won't be replaced and I could smell damp at 1 end of the pool I had a free trial I certainly wouldn't pay for it
Fantastic experience: Great teachers for the classes - they encourage scaling down if necessary and push you to be part of the group. Fun and exciting each time. Very helpful and encouraging
Fantastic experience: I think this place is underrated. I only use the pool but the changing rooms are clean as is the pool area. For £20 a month you get unlimited use of everything. There is a jacuzzi, a steam room and a sauna by the pool. Good value for all that and I don't even use the gyms. My only complaint would be that they are slow to fix things. Recently the jacuzzi was out of action and it took them two months to get it fixed! The pool is fine for me but small if you are an Olympic swimmer!
Fantastic experience: Well worth the £20 per month. Lovely ladies gym, great little pool and lots of classes.. All for £20.. That's a bargain!!
Fantastic experience: lovely and cheap Great exercise classes spin is the best, I ❤ it Staff are helpful and friendly :-)
Fantastic experience: Fantastic store on two huge floors. They have an array of different high branded clothing and footwear wear, from converse, Jack and jones, Armani to Tommy Hilfiger, guess and Hugo boss and boss, to name a few. The Staffa are pleasant and the store is still arranged.
Negative experience: dirty not good lots of cut backs on cleaning
Positive experience: good stuff
Fantastic experience: Good service
Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility with parking
Negative experience: The gym is tired, equipment broken. Doesn't get fixed for literally months to years. Needs a complete refurbishment, complaining makes no difference. Cleaning is not adequate. The staff are nice enough but its always head office that is not sorting anything. I'm completely fed up tbh. Now you have to give your name every time and wait if people asking questions at desk as they still havent set up self scan. Changing rooms need upgrade. The dust in the gym areas is unacceptable. Update emailed head office, they say its the club directly we have to speak to. So the circle continues.
Negative experience: Second time this week they've failed to inform members that the gym is closed during hours of normal operation.
Negative experience: Signed up online and visited for the first time yesterday. Car parking spaces were available, although it's a small car park and shared with some shops as well, so I can see parking being an issue at peak times. The lady on the desk was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is far too small - considering I went at an off peak time (Wednesday morning), I can only imagine what peak times must be like. I sat on the pool side for 10 mins or so hoping some people would get out, but they didn't. In the end, I just got in and tried to work around the other members. But it was impossible to get any decent swimming done and I gave up and got out after 10 minutes. I also noted the water clarity was rather poor and there were some bits in the water (bit of grass, bit of toilet roll). The shower on the pool side was cold and just about dripping with no water pressure. There was no water fountain anywhere that I could find, except a space upstairs where one used to be. Couldn't even fill my bottle at the tap, as they are single temperature warm taps. The grouting between tiles in the pool was thick with mold, as was the grouting in the showers. The showers are very dated and rather depressing. On the plus side, the gym area looked clean and I could see plenty of cleaning materials available and the same for the spin studio. Ultimately, there needs to be a working shower on the pool side for hygiene reasons and access to clean drinking water for staying hydrated during ones workout. No doubt they never replaced any water fountain, so you're forced to buy bottled water from them. It might be cheap, but it's not a saving if most of the basic necessities you'd expect of a gym are absent. If you end up buying water from them and can't do the workout you intended, it's not much help at all. Whilst I was getting dressed at the end, I emailed customer service to cancel my membership under the cooling off period and am yet to get any response.
Negative experience: Manager very rude and staff in professional never clean no lock on lockers and toilet dirty
Positive experience: Alright gym get what you pay for needs to be 24hr 100% the timing is very short most other gyms are 24hr or close at least 11
Fantastic experience: Amazing place, the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are great. The machines in the gym could do with updating or atleast a bit if WD40. Bargain for the cost of the membership! Not overly busy and no crowds of people! Its great.
Negative experience: Swimming pool is a lot cleaner. The gym was a bit grubby. Some male staff not particularly welcoming or helpful.
Fantastic experience: Great value for money friendly staff
Positive experience: Good value for money
Negative experience: Fantastic staff. Very friendly. Sadly have to give 1 star as the gym doesn’t have basic facilities such as a water fountain!!! The gym itself is very tired and could do with a significant refurb. I used to go to this gym around 10 years ago and the equipment appears for the most part to be the same
Positive experience: My favorite gym. They have gym, separate small lady gym, swimming pool, small rooms for sauna and steam room plus small spa all for a decent price. It is not a big gym but got everything I need
Positive experience: That's better than the ages ago , good service and friendly staff .
Fantastic experience: My gym Great place
Positive experience: Decent for price!! The gym have improved there cleaning standards and good social distance measures in place!! Kyran one of the staff always makes u feel welcome and is a true asset to the gym.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful
Fantastic experience: Affordable price, great classes
Fantastic experience: Wow I was pleasantly surprised considering some of these reviews. I absolutely love it!! Only £20 too at the moment for everything. Lovely staff. Great little ladies gym downstairs. Easy pool access and the bonus of the lovely bubbly jacuzzi. Huge gym upstairs, big dance studio, good sized car park at the back. Really very pleased and couldn't ask for more. It's clean, cheap and has a really nice atmosphere... Thanks guys
Fantastic experience: Love place, gentle people.
