Positive experience: Nice

Negative experience: As a person from outside you can use terrace and order drinks. However, you will pay for the seaview ,because the coffee is not good and overpriced! £10.00 for two coffees (nespresso machine) and 2 bottles of water. Shame

Fantastic experience: Lovely, Can't wait till it opens again!!

Negative experience: Sadly I cant give a minus figure as the place is appalling. It might have looked lovely when the pictures were taken years ago, but now it has been allowed to deteriorate to an appalling standard, I joined and only lasted 3 days, in that time only 1 of the 5 machines were working and then when it rained water poured into the machine i was using and although staff just shrugged their shoulders, i suspected that water and electricity were a little dangerous. I asked for assistance with using a machine and the same guy said i have no idea. They agreed to refund me and then it took days to get them to action it. I was lied to, let down and finally there was one efficient member of staff, Patrice, who invited me to come to the Hotel to get a refund, sadly the arrogant man on Reception made it unnecessarily awkward to get my refund, despite being invited by the Manager to come in. If only his Sir, actually meant something when he demanded some form of proof i had paid. Surely they would have had paperwork.Luckily i had mr reciept. The place is filthy and i found a metal tack on the floor of the gym , some of the air con vents were furred up, literally get a grip Brittania, Do you actually care ???

Negative experience: changing rooms were disgusting, screws and various DIY items laying on the floor. Chemicals out for children to injury themselfves.
