Negative experience: Disappointing for the money. Everything’s dirty and run down. The toilets & changing rooms, the gym and equipment, even the lockers don’t seem to get cleaned. The Pool & Jacuzzi are often cold. There was also an occasion where the chlorine levels were too high. To top it off there are issues with the carpark, I have received 4 parking fines despite inputting my car reg into their computer. The “operations manager” is claiming to be sorting them, but doesn’t reply to emails and I am now receiving debt recovery letters. This is not an isolated case, there are many members going through the same.

Positive experience: I'm currently booked onto a weeks membership to try the facilities out. Although the spa area is a little dated and needs a bit of refurb. The swimming pool is great- perfect temperature and very quiet. I have bought my little boy and as the pool is shallow this is perfect for families. The sauna and steam room are relaxing. The gym has everything you would need and has some decent equipment. For the low prices the cost is very competitive.

Negative experience: Not a luxury health club, many parts are rundown and you can tell they are trying to cut corners. Sauna is turned off an hour before closing (now 8pm) Gym is ok very small but has most equipment you need. Not worth the money in my opinion, changing rooms are the worst part, dirty showers, floors, broken toilets, lockers and floor. Needs a lot of money injected to get it to a good standard
